Bad experience with them.
I paid for one of their services, and they didn't provide it. I filed a complaint, but they didn't address my case.
Scammers!
They need to shut down.

Non-existent customer support, which fuels hateful content about a company that engages in illegal practices.

Customer support is useless and nothing works as promised. They are operated by scammers with links to Russia. They are investigated by FBI and other US government branches. Avoid at all cost.

These guys shut down a box I have with them without any warning or communication, which caused me immense loss of revenue and months of work.

Now, they are saying this wasn't a big deal and that they can't offer more than a few days of credit.

You really can't trust anything serious to them, I don't recommend this provider.

Came across a spam site that has been scraping my whole site and it turned out to be hosted by Koddos. I reached out to them with several emails and live chat but they still haven't done anything about it! No serious host worth its name allows things like this to go on. No honorable host will allow to host spammers and criminals. Do NOT support companies like this.

Will report them to the FBI.

Tickets get closed with no response when following procedure.

Their CEO has been informed and will be sued by my client.

This company hosts ILLEGAL sexual abuse content and DOES NOT comply with police or attorneys. They instead help aid and abet criminals who are sharing content obtained through sexual abuse. They tell people to email the 'abuse' email and then ignore that email entirely no matter how many you send. Please check your abuse email. We have sent you HUNDREDS of emails.

Currently hosting a cloned site of mine and completely ignore everything you send when attempting to get it removed.

they protect cyber criminals and websites posting child porn and revenge porn they refuse to answer abuse tickets and do not remove content. submitted hundreds of tickets no answer ever and the child porn content stayed active

Ddos attacks every couple months. Horrible security!

Hosts multiple sites supporting child pornographer does not respond to abuse reports or will take down these sites

Since March 2024 a Koddos IP was reported 355,549 times for abusing services, hacking attempts etc.
They just close the ticket. Provider which supports criminal activity for the paying customers.

Koddos is the best host out there. No censorship. Freedom of speech. No other hosts is accessible as Koddos!
