Very good experience

The rental process itself was smooth, and the staff at the office were friendly, professional, and very polite. I would especially like to mention Jana, who picked us up from the airport. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and spending time with her was one of the most pleasant parts of the experience.

Unfortunately, all of the positive aspects were overshadowed by the car we received. We had planned to travel extensively around Austria, but the vehicle was equipped with winter tires in the middle of the summer. The noise they generated was so loud that any journey longer than 10 minutes became extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable.

As a result, we had to change many of our travel plans. What was even more disappointing was that your customer service completely ignored my requests to replace the vehicle. I expected the issue to be taken seriously, but instead, I felt as though my concerns were dismissed.

Because of this experience, I will not use your services again, nor will I recommend your company to others. Your prices were not particularly competitive to begin with, and in the future I would rather pay a little more to rent from a company such as Europcar, where I can have confidence that the vehicle provided is suitable for driving and that customer concerns will be treated seriously and professionally.

I recently rented a car from Klass Wagen and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. The car itself was brand new and spotlessly clean — it felt like driving off the lot for the first time.
What really stood out was the transparency: everything was explained clearly upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises buried in fine print. It's refreshing to deal with a rental company that's upfront and honest about pricing and terms.

El conductor que nos llevó desde el aeropuerto a Klass Wagen iba a una velocidad muy excesiva.
Queremos felicitar a Diogo, que nos atendió en la recepción y en la devolución de nuestro vehículo, un chico muy amable y eficaz.

The price can’t be beat. We rented 2 cars and both were very nice and in perfect condition. The location is off site and requires a shuttle. The office was easy to get in touch with and answered my questions when we couldn’t find the pickup location. Going off site was worth it for us for the price savings. Make sure you do a thorough check and make a video of the vehicle before you leave as they will check for any minor changes in condition when you return. But that said, we were not charged for any damages. It was an easy in and out process once we were at the agency. Staff were helpful.

I felt cheated
After renting and paying with a full insurance car, I have to pay double for a real full insurance fee, UNBELIEVABLE
Apart from that, I have another extra payment because I will be in Deutschland
Apart from that I have ANOTHER extra payment for a viñete.
Really cheated
And the nightmare doesn't finish there because I downloaded all the pictures of the sides of the car BUT when I need to report extra sides with really scratches in the car .... Oh surprise, this specific part is not possible.... Crazy

Habe mit volschutz genommen zahlt sich aus weil mir einer reingefahren ist und Fahrerflucht begangen ist mit der volkasko Versicherung nichts bezahlt auch kein selbst behalt nur 100 Euro Kaution für den Tank und verschmutzung,Wo ich Auto züruck gebracht habe habe ich die Kaution von 100 Euro da ich ich gleiche Tank Menge abgeben habe wie bekommen und sauber gebracht,sind sehr freundlich und alles erklärt wird und man kann auch Ausland mit etwas gebühr dazu und vor allem km frei und der Schutle auch super, Habe Email ich häte Ausland gefahren laut den GPS von Auto hat sich herausgestellt war GPS Fehler,Beweis mit Google Maps History, von alles in einem sehr zufrieden

A very smooth and hassle-free experience. I rented a car with full insurance in Vienna, and everything was quick and easy. Returning the car was incredibly simple, and the deposit was released from my card almost immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.

My experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

We had already booked the car online for one week without additional insurance. At the rental desk, the employee explained several insurance options to us in English, and we chose the cheapest one.

After checking our documents, he noticed that my Visa card would expire in two months. He then told me that, according to their rules, he could not accept the card. However, he immediately added that if we purchased their much more expensive insurance package — costing around one and a half times the original rental price — he could suddenly “overlook” the very same card issue.

We were already there, needed the car for our trip, and had practically no alternative. In my opinion, this felt less like customer service and more like pressure to force us into buying an expensive insurance package.

Unfortunately, the situation at the return was even worse. During our trip I injured my leg and was physically unable to return the car myself, so my son returned it for me. He was told that if he did not give the company a five-star rating, my absence could result in an extra charge. He therefore felt pressured into giving them an excellent rating.

A five-star review obtained under the threat of an additional fee is not a genuine review.

This kind of behaviour left an extremely bad impression on me. Customers should never feel pressured, manipulated, or financially threatened in order to purchase additional products or leave positive reviews.

I would never rent from this company again, and I certainly would not recommend it to my friends, family, or anyone else.

A trustworthy rental company should earn good reviews through fair treatment and good service — not by pressuring customers into giving them.
