Compramos billetes para volar de El Calafate a Ushuaia - mi BUCHUNGSNUMMER: 460 168 830- y a causa de una huelga general, sé canceló el vuelo.
No contestaban al teléfono, no dieron alternativa ni devolvieron el dinero. Para más inri, tras comentar mi experiencia a través de Trustpilot, Kiwi contestó pidiéndome número de reserva y dirección de correo como si fueran a hacer algo al respecto para limpiar su imagen y todavía no he tenido respuesta.

Mi nombre aparece como viajera de la reserva y con el número de reserva pueden obtener el e-mail de contacto.
No volveremos a volar con KIWI.

Hicimos una reserva de un vuelo para salir a las 11.30 Am y al cabo de una semana nos dicen que la compañía ha cambiado los horarios y que tenemos que viajar a las 6Am. Como no hemos cogido su seguro de vuelo que costaba casi 100 euros más, no puede hacer nada para ofrecernos alternativas. Nos metemos a buscar el vuelo y el de las 11.30 sigue existiendo con disponibilidad de comprar nuevos billetes, solo que ha subido el precio y por eso nos reubican en el vuelo que no quiere nadie.
Tenemos un bebé de 1 año.....e ir al aeropuerto a las 4 de la mañana será un drama.....Gracias a kiwi nuestra primera experiencia en avión con nuestro bebé será un desastre. JAMAS VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR A TRAVES DE ELLOS.

I made a reservation here and applied for a refund because I didn't like the conditions, but after seeing a notorious review here, I decided to go again and asked to cancel the refund. However, the company is only saying no. The service is a mess, and it's too laborious

Es la Segunda vez que me pasa que después de comprar vuelos en Kiwi, nos escriben al día siguiente para decirnos que ha subido el precio. Y si lo pgas, bien y si no, te quedas sin vuelos.

La primera vez pensé que era porque era temporada alta. Pero la segunda vez (ayer) me acaba de pasar y veo que es una práctica habitual de la compañía.

No voy a volver a comprar nunca y espero que mucha gente lea esta reseña. No es serio que te suban el precio, cuando ya has organizado tu viaje (y los hoteles…)

I requested booking flight by using kiwi.com. 23rd Feb 2025.
But actually' KIWI didn't book flight and didn't provide any refund. I contacted the airline, and they confirmed that the ticket was never booked. Yet, Kiwi still refuses to provide a refund.

I am really disappointed the service. And I never use KIWI again..You must not use KIWI

Kiwi es una estafa , no me quieren devolver mi dinero, la aerolínea ya hizo el rembolso y kiwi no me responde , tengo pruebas (correos de la aerolínea donde dice el monto y que ya ha sido procesado mi rembolso) NUNCA JAMÁS COMPREN CON KIWI, ES UNA ESTAFA TOTAL

This app doesn't have enough capability to edit or modify anything in your booking they are smart intermediary and they will charge you for nothing they don't have to many capacity over any airline ticket this app will try you to book as many stupid things that they want and they will not able to change anything later is pure induction to spend money on your flight ticket

El día 8 de febrero del mes corriente reservamos nuestros vuelos en su plataforma. Nos llegaron nuestras respectivos emails con el comunicado de que la reserva se estaba procesando, pero el dinero ya nos lo habíais retenido, dando por hecho que al retener nuestro dinero, ya no podíamos comprar los vuelos en otra plataforma. Al día siguiente se nos notifica de que el precio de los vuelos ha subido por email, el motivo, no se explica, ni se entiende, ni está dentro de la legalidad. Se nos amenaza con la premisa de que si en esas 24 horas, no pagábamos el extra ficticio, ya que los precios que se anunciaron y reservamos eran los que eran públicos para el cliente, lo cual ya está creando un precedente de publicidad engañosas, esos vuelos se cancelaran. Forzando al cliente a pagar esa subida, ya que, si no, se queda sin vuelos. Pudiendo claramente el día anterior haberlos comprado en otra plataforma, si los precios hubiesen sido claros y reales.
Esto es ilegal y vergonzoso como compañía. Y viendo la de reseñas iguales que hay, deberían cerrar esta plataforma.

Ladrones, se mire por donde se mire. Mejor quedarse sin viajar que cometer el error de comprar el billete en kiwi. Estás claramente expuesto a que te estafen. Me cambiaron 8 veces la ida, me pedía dinero a cada cambio pues la fecha estaba más próxima y el vuelo encarecía. A la 9ª dije basta. Lo perdí todo. Solo me devolvieron el vuelo incial. Del resto no me devolvieron nada puesto que me negué a pegar por 9ª vez. Ni me abonaron los gastos de tren o bus que tuve que sacar para ir cada vez a diferente aeropuerto ni me devolvieron la vuelta.

They provide customer service but don’t actually solve anything. They act like they’re helping, but they just drag it out for months. The refund amount is ridiculous. They claim not to take fees, yet they take everything—and then blame the airline. If you want to waste your money and add unnecessary stress to your life, go ahead and use their service.

No doy menos por que no se puede.
Cogí un vuelo con el extra "FLEX" para poder cancelar el vuelo gratuitamente con antelación.
12h después, decido acceder a esta función para cambiar la fecha de vuelta por problemas personales, y resulta que mi única opcion es cambiar el itinerario completo (4 vuelos) y que no me garantizan el reembolso del dinero por que esta sujeto a las condiciones de Turkish Airlines.
Tras hablar con la aerolinea, me dicen que ellos ni saben cuanto costó mi billete, que eso me lo tiene que hacer Kiwi y me dicen que las condiciones sujetas a la devolucion son 100% de Kiwi.
Tras hablar por decima vez con el asistente virtual, te siguen rebotando a que no te aseguran que te devuelvan el dinero y que te arriesges, o hables con la aerolinea.
De verguenza, no vale para anda.

RECOMENDACION: Usad la página como buscador/comparador de vuelos, y cogedlos directamente desde las páginas de las aerolineas, KIWI ES UNA ESTAFA

Reservé un vuelo con Kiwi.com desde Kailua-Kona (KOA) a Oakland (OAK) con escala en Maui (OGG). Todo estaba confirmado con Hawaiian Airlines, pero Kiwi canceló mis vuelos sin mi consentimiento, alegando que un cambio de horario hacía inviable la conexión.

Cuando contacté con Hawaiian Airlines, me confirmaron que los vuelos seguían operativos y que no habían sido cancelados por ellos. Kiwi tomó la decisión unilateralmente y sin ofrecerme una alternativa viable.

Intenté reclamar a través de PayPal, pero Kiwi.com se escudó en sus términos y condiciones para negarme el reembolso de 315€. He tenido que escalar el caso al Centro Europeo del Consumidor para intentar recuperar mi dinero.

🚨 Si valoras tu dinero y tu tranquilidad, NO reserves con Kiwi.com. Cancelan vuelos sin autorización, no ofrecen soluciones reales y se lavan las manos cuando intentas reclamar.

One star is an exaggeration. I booked my flight through 2024.11.17 Kiwi.com . After that, I requested a refund right away, less than an hour after I tried to change my flight time.

When I left an inquiry because there was no notice and no refund was received for more than two weeks, the bad Kiwi airline unilaterally closed it with the answer that 2024.12.07 was non-refundable because there was no refund amount.

What followed was a frustrating phone call for more than two hours.
The refund amount did not come in, so I just repeated that I had nothing to return,
I confirmed that the airline that made the reservation processed the refund
No matter how many times Kiwi shouted that he was lying, Kiwi said that no refund amount was confirmed, and he was rather angry with me, the customer, to bring me proof documents.

Customer service representatives were not helpful at all, such as repeating the same script response without solving the problem at hand. They only repeated that they could not provide a viable solution.

Our request was simple: Please give me a refund. According to the email we received, if your flight is not confirmed within 30 minutes, your reservation should be automatically canceled for free. However, Kiwi Dotcom has not processed the cancellation and has greatly disappointed me.

This experience has led to the loss of trust in Kiwi.com .
Never use it. It's the infamous Kiwi Dotcom.

One star is an overstatement. My wife recently attempted to book a flight through Kiwi.com. She received an email to confirm the booking, but she never proceeded to confirm it. Despite this, Kiwi.com took it upon themselves to confirm the booking, and within a minute, we were issued flights with Ryanair to destinations we neither selected nor approved.

What followed was over two hours of frustrating phone calls between Germany and England. While the customer service representatives were polite, they were entirely unhelpful, repeating the same scripted responses without addressing the issue at hand. They seemed unable—or unwilling—to provide any actionable solutions.

Our request was simple: refund our money. According to the email we received, if a flight is not confirmed within 30 minutes, the booking should automatically be canceled with no charge. Yet, this policy was not honored, leaving us bitterly disappointed.

This experience has left us with no confidence in Kiwi.com’s processes or commitment to customer satisfaction. We expected better and urge the company to reassess its practices to prevent this kind of distress for other customers.

Mi experiencia con Kiwi.com ha sido horrible. No sé por qué cogí unos billetes de avión con un intermediario, pero en ese momento no lo pensé.
La compañía aérea canceló los vuelos (ida y vuelta) por cambio de horario. Como era una compañía indonesia, pensé que cuando fuéramos a Indonesia, me pasaba por su mostrador y que me comentaran lo del reembolso del dinero al cancelar ellos los vuelos.
Me dijeron que el reembolso se había producido ya y que, kiwi.com, tendría que transferirnos el dinero por ser el intermediario. Me dieron un justificante y todo.

6 meses más tarde, me dice kiwi.com que la aerolínea no les contestan a los emails (a mí me contestan como 2 días máximo), que no han recibido ningún reembolso... Todo buenas palabras pero que mi solicitud de reembolso sigue a trámite.

El otro día, después de 34213 conversaciones con ellos por su app, me dijeron que no me devolvían el dinero. Palabras textuales: "la compañía aérea ha denegado el reeembolso de los vuelos. La decisión se basa en las políticas de la aerolínea y, lamentablemente, usted no tiene derecho a ningún otro reembolso involuntario".

El justificante que me dió la compañia aerea indonesia no les vale porque parece ser que a ellos no les contestan a los emails... Vamos, todo lo que me quieran decir.
Te dan largas, muy buenas palabras mientras pasa el tiempo para que luego suceda lo que a otras muchas personas. SE QUEDAN CON TU DINERO Y TÚ NO PUEDES ALEGAR NADA PORQUE ES TU PALABRA CONTRA LA SUYA.

me timaron y perdi 500€, te enlazan escalas en vuelos q en espacio-tiempo es imposible que de tiempo cogerlos, y luego no puedes reclamar ni hablar con nadie.

J'ai fait deux réservations avec eux, une cet été et une autre en novembre. Tout s'est toujours très bien passé. Super agence !

Our flight schedule changed making the trip impossible, but Kiwi just notified us on their app so now we don’t have any official letter for the travel insurance as the information on the app is no longer visible. Avoid Kiwi at all cost!!

La verdad, unos sinverguenzas.. Les pagué unos servicios de reserva de asiento que no me dio la aerolinea y su única respuesta que llamaramos nosotros al teléfono de pago de la aerolinea. Les digo que si no me daban el servicio que me lo descontaran y me dicen que según su política sus servicios se pagan aunque no te los den..

After buying a flight from Kiwi, my schedule has changed and I am welcome to respond to my application on December 8. Kiwi is considering a refund amount. I will never again tell everyone who supports using it that Kiwis are scammers.
