I bought a round-trip ticket from AKL to CHC on Kiwi.com and then cancelled it. The airfare was almost double the current price, 910.826 Korean won. When I requested a refund, the company lied to me, saying that they were in the process of refunding the airline and that they would refund me if I waited a little.
A month later, when my flight schedule was over, they offered to refund a small portion of the ticket as a credit. However, when I asked for proof of my cancellation request to the airline and the reason for the airline's refusal of the refund, they suddenly said they could not refund me. Kiwi.com has been selling cheap, non-refundable tickets from the beginning and has been defrauding customers.

Not serious and in bad faith! RUN! I have been offered 1 hour for a layover: to get out of a plane, CHANGE terminal (Singapore airport so the terminals are far away, the change is long) and GO BACK through security. It is a disgrace to offer such a trip. Obviously I missed my connection, had to buy another ticket, lost a night's hotel accommodation, and had to sleep on a chair at the airport: NO compensation, refund or commercial gesture. Unheard of! This is dishonest and I will never recommend Kiwi.
PS: according to Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris: the estimated time for a connection is 90 minutes minimum when you have to change terminal, this time is increased if you have to go through security again)

Kiwi.com is incredibly dishonest and untrustworthy. I was repeatedly told that my refund request had been sent to the airlines, but after contacting the airlines directly, I discovered no cancellation request was ever submitted. Their customer service agents provide conflicting information and make false promises about marking cases as urgent. They use system-generated messages to confuse customers and avoid accountability. Do yourself a favor—book directly with airlines or use a more reliable platform. This company is a complete scam!

ESTAFADORES, MENTIROSOS Y MALTRATADORES! Also on the final page before paying the amount you get the option to review the details entered by you and correct them if they are incorrect.

As per the airline policy, they only allow name correction up to 3 letters not complete name change, this information was provided by the airline representative over call. Nonetheless, I kindly ask you to take a moment to review the email I sent with the best possible solution to the problem you encountered and respond at your earliest convenience.

They promised me a refund for a flight I cancelled. Kiwi never gave me the refund, so I processed a chargeback with my bank. My bank denied the chargeback stating Kiwi provided a refund. I closed the chargeback and followed up with Kiwi. Kiwi then said they cannot give me a refund due to an "open chargeback" with my bank, despite me providing evidence the chargeback was closed and calling back in many times over 6 months. They basically stole hundreds of dollars from me and incompetent call center employees told me over and over there's "nothing they can do."

Son unos timadores, inhumanos. Reserve un vuelo a Corfu hace meses con escalas. Me informan previo a mi salida que uno de los vuelos ha cambiado su horario, me ofertan alternativas que como mínimo tengo que abonarles 300 € de más. Y la pena es que no me queda otra alternativa. KIWI SON TIMADORES Y la oferta inicial te la cobrarán después con creces.

Don’t use this Company. The worst. Drop you and don’t refund your money. Only did one leg of a 4 leg journey. Had to buy a new ticket elsewhere for 609 pounds. KIWI AIR I want my refund of 569 pounds !!!!!!

Yo compré un vuelo con mi pareja de Roma a Indonesia pero una de las escalas no me dieron la visa les expliqué a kiwi les di todos los documentos y les dije que por favor me devolvieran parte del dinero para no perderlo todo por falta de esta visa para hacer una escala no me dieron ninguna solución ni un cambio de billete ni nada todo era o más dinero o perder el dinero

Una de las compañías con las que viajaba los llamé y dicen que sí que devuekven el dinero pero que ya es cosa de kiwi por que compre por medio de esta gencia

Kiwi is the worst company. They can not be trusted and they cheat and lie and steal your money. They have cancelled my booking without refunding my money. I have tried to contact them but they refuse to accept their own mistake.

I booked my flight tickets by KIWI on 2 May 2024 and I canceled the ticket on 3 May. But I still haven't received my full refund yet. I have sent countless emails so far but they said they received no refund from the airline. The airline told me that the refund was issued within 3 months of cancellation. Then where is my money? I am convinced that the travel agency deliberately did not give me a refund.

Kiwi es la peor agencia de viajes que he contratado nunca. Nos han cambiado un vuelo a 24h antes en uno de los trayectos y ahora no se hacen responsables ni dan un solución al problema. Les llamas y no te solucionan nada, dicen que hagas la reclamación tú a la aerolínea, etc... Que vergüenza que se permita que un agencia trabaje asi de mal.
Ojalá vaya a la quiebra. Por sinvergüenzas.

Fist my flight was cancelled with senegal Airways ok then kiwi gave new options because I had go home for meeting, so I took a ticket with four flights , I tjek kiwi app before the first flight, everything normal, when I arrived in casablanca they cancelled my next to flights , even though the airline was still flying then the kiwi app suggested me to get refund or try another round of flying, he'll no I
