I use the Kineon move for a lot of issues. I had broken back and jaw in accident. It does wonders on my neck, jaw, back, any body area that hurts I use it on. I've had it for a couple of months and use it almost every day. It is hard to believe that a laser/light can help so much.

So far, neither my wife nor I are getting any relief from inflammation or pain with our device. My wife uses it daily and we are going to continue for another week and a half but if it continues to not show any results, we will be forced to return the product. I was really hopeful that it would do what it claimed. My hope is starting to wane though. We will see.

Great company with and awesome message for athletes. Product is not only effective it is movement in and of itself.

I use the Kineon Move+ every day on multiple parts of my body, including knees, elbows, forearms, lower back, and shoulders. It does seem to help in reducing inflammation and speeding recovery, as well as healing injuries. Get the adjustable strap and extender strap if you want to get the most out of the product.

The clasp on my Move+ unit broke and Kineon's customer service moved quickly to replace the entire strap. I have been pleased with the Move+ and would have been a bummer to go without it for a prolonged period.

UPDATE
it took a while, but they finally put the correct address and got my package shipped to me immediately. As a courtesy and apology they also included an extended strap. My reviews are not based on this perk, but on use of the equipment and the quality since I have received it.

PROS. Seems like a very high-quality tool and well-made. It’s very slick and it’s packaging and compact nature with charger battery incorporated into the case. Overall a very well designed item. My pain was mostly gone by the time I tried it, but I do feel that it is helping as I would’ve had ongoing pain at my current activity level without it. You will need a strap if you want to use it the hip joint. It’s nice that you can pop out the modules and just hold them wherever. I’m not sure how much they help for muscular strain as I’ve been using it for plantar fasciitis and that’s the only place where I don’t really notice a change.

CONS.There’s no phone number. they can only be reached by email and they usually get back to you within 24 hours and are very polite and helpful. The instructions are inadequate but they are able to provide more details if you ask them. Not sure why they don’t just publish this on their site. They really need a technical support line. It’s not difficult to use but once the modules quit working. There are some tricks to get them back online.

if they could work on their customer service, technical support and communications. This could be a killer product.

i’m still waiting on my product. You put the address on wrong even though I put it correctly. I know where I live. You left off the most important part and as such it was returned to you. It has been sitting in Minneapolis for a week now. I only know this because I started tracking it, waited an hour on the phone to speak to USPS and discovered that you had made a mistake. It’s impossible contact you in a timely fashion. I am a physician in the military and I’m testing this out personally to be able to recommend to our forward units. So far with this kind of service I can’t trust that this will be anything useful for us. Please FedEx me a replacement ASAP and a credit to my account for this terrible mistake and delay without even bothering to contact me. Unbelievable. BUYER BEWARE OF MULTIPLE SERVICE COMPLAINTS

It took a little while and some extra effort since the first kineon was lost in the mail. I finally received a replacement. This review is based only on the item quality and packaging since I have not been able to use the kineon quite yet. First off you can tell a lot about an item by the packaging. You can tell they put a lot of though and effort went into the packaging. Once I opened everything up and pulled out the kineon you could tell right off the bat, that it was well made. The materials were thick and well made with some nice weight to it. Nothing felt flimsy or cheap. I’m excited to get the thing charged up and put it to use.

Amazing device but even better is the customer service. One of the modules was losing battery fast so they immediately shipped me a new one and sent a return label for the defective module. This all happened within 24 hours and it’s so GREAT to see a great device backed by even better customer service!

I hate my machine it’s to hard to get open then the clip comes apart 😡😡😡😡

I'm not sure why I am trying this a second time because the first was ignored. I reported a problem with my Kineon device. I was emailing with a support person but my last response went unanswered. Now I cannot get a response from anyone. One of the units shuts off at 5 minutes. It is not the lead unit. I was told that is not the way it should work. I would like someone to reach out to help me.

I've been dealing with what I think is a torn miniscus in my left knee since August 2022, so over a year. I've been thru cycles of it getting less painful only to end up almost back where it started when I initially injured it. I have never had any pain free days since the injury. I have been using the kineon device for almost 2 weeks now and I have been able to do step ups, leg extensions, and squats without any pain this week, something that hasn't happened in over a year. (I have even been doing most of the knees over toes program) Its still early, but definitely progress!!

Before we even got the Kineon the level of service from the team was incredible. The device itself is very well designed, comfortable and works wonders. I wish I could use it on my entire body lol.

The Q 1000 laser saved my life, started in 2014, batterie is running down. looking for replacement and the Kineon move+ does not help me much ! I need to return this item.

Saw this product on instagram. Following research I purchased the device. Pain relief was felt after first use. I now travel with the device and added to my post work out and am routine.
