Great product, first red light therapy device I've ever used that so easy to put on and let it do its job. Big recommend.

The strap system is absolutely horrendous. Makes the device virtually unusable as it doesnt stay connected is difficult to adjust without the connectors constantly separating. Just a terrible design.

What a great product
I have seriously degraded my knee.
In the three weeks that I have been using my Prungo I have noticed a huge improvement in day to day discomfort.
My bike rides are getting back to how they were last year!

The product is awesome. It comes in a well packaged pouch that you can connect to to recharge the devices. There are three of them with plenty of straps of all sizes. After 2 weeks of use, my knee pain and tennis elbow have decreased significantly. If the improvements continue over the next 2 weeks, it will be nothing short of a miracle.

My first PRUNGO unit was completly replaced, thanks to Anson and support team. I'm appreciative of this, as there were some giltches with my original unit.

Our son at knee surgery and heard from a lot of people about the benefits of red light therapy to help support him in his recovery. We purchased the PRUNGO, and absolutely love the product. He definitely feels the benefits of using this modality. Convenient on-the-go size, he can slip it in his suitcase when he travels with his team. Great product. Awesome customer service.

I use Prungo mainly for my achilles tendons which were injured some years ago when someone ran a very heavy shopping trolley into me.
The Prungo is very helpful when ever I have a flair up. Reducing the healing time significantly.
Also any aches in hips and knees respond well.

No entiendo cómo puede tener una puntuación tan alta y basada en tantos ususrios. No obstante, ahí tenemos una prueba más de la ignorancia pandémica que existe. Llevo un mes usándolo para mi lesión de supraespinoso y sólo puedo afirmar categóricamente una cosa: NO ME HA FUNCIONADO ABSOLUTAMENTE LO MÁS MÍNIMO y dudo que a esos que dicen lo contrario sea verdad.

I had a very positive experience with PRUNGO customer service. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me and ensure I was satisfied. Their commitment to customer service was impressive, and I’ll be continuing to use the product as part of my treatment.

The Prungo pods have been so effective for me that, despite the complexities/annoyance of choosing the appropriate straps for the anatomical position, I have simply benefitted 100% in their use. It takes a while sometimes to strike the perfect combination of straps and pods, but familiarity with the three hand-sized modules yields a truly satisfying ability to direct the redlight therapy wherever it is needed. I have treated my ankle sprains, ptibialis tendonopathy, twisted knee and, recently, bruised ribs. 5 stars for effect, 4 stars for ease of use.

I've been using the device mostly for muscle soreness and joint pain from cycling.

Pros: The device genuinely delivers on its core promise, with a noticeable reduction in muscle soreness and joint pain after continuous use. The modular design is practical, and the range of included straps makes it easy to attach to different body parts.

Not so great: The charging case is bulky, and charging is slow (plan for 3h+ to charge all modules). Battery life is weak on mid-level settings (15min sessions gives 3–4 uses per charge). More seriously, battery capacity began degrading noticeably around the 6-month mark with daily use. The strap attachment mechanism — a sliding hook — also wears out quickly; after a few months, the straps began disconnecting mid-session at certain angles, raising concerns about long-term durability.

Support incident worth knowing about: I had issues with units discarding at different rates and massive battery capacity mismatch between the charging case and the units. When I raised the issue, I received a technically incorrect response that misrepresented voltage rebound as a "normal characteristic", justifying a 20% state of charge misread, where most modern battery management systems do 2-3%. The response appeared automated and designed to close the ticket rather than resolve the problem. It took pushback to get a resolution.

Great product! It's well-made with high-quality materials and comes very well-packaged. Perfect for everyday use and easy to store. I highly recommend it!

I gotta say I was a little disappointed when my device hadn’t arrived in about 5 weeks, but living in Hawaii things can take longer. I reached out to the people prungo via email they got back to in 24hrs. No excuses they just wanted to make things right. They saw my order said it was delivered. I explained it hadn’t rather then doubting me. They have te sent another device. And I gotta say they are on it. And in my opinion have done right by Me. Thank you prongo and I hoping my next review will be of your product snd if it’s have as good as the staff there I know I’ll be very satisfied.

So far so good with the prungo. Very well made, high quality and easy to use. I definitely already feel an easing of pain in my wrist through using the device. Also customer service is great. You have to press the start button again after selecting the level as this is a safety feature to stop it switching on/off randomly. I did not realise this and they were quick to respond to my query.

Customer service was great. The device works as intended and holds a charge well, and is easy to use. It comes with adequate straps for most uses already with the device, which means its ready to use right out of the box. I like the 3 different settings and how easy it is to charge.

PRUNGO exceeded my expectations—both with their product and their customer support.

I originally purchased their red light therapy device, and it genuinely delivers. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain, and after consistent use, I noticed a real difference. Less stiffness, improved mobility, and overall relief that I wasn’t getting before. It’s one of those products you’re skeptical about at first, but it actually works.

I did run into an issue with the charging base, which wasn’t working properly. Their team asked for a detailed video to diagnose it—which, to be fair, was a bit involved—but I understand why they do it. Once they reviewed it, they confirmed the issue quickly and immediately arranged a replacement.

What stood out most is that they didn’t just replace the faulty part—they offered to upgrade me to a full 3-module set at no cost. That’s not something you see often.

Bottom line: the product works, and the company stands behind it. If anything goes wrong, they handle it the right way.
