The Q 1000 laser saved my life, started in 2014, batterie is running down. looking for replacement and the Kineon move+ does not help me much ! I need to return this item.

Great customer support. Excellent communication and the support staff quickly responded to my issue and sent out a replacement.

Saw this product on instagram. Following research I purchased the device. Pain relief was felt after first use. I now travel with the device and added to my post work out and am routine.

I asked question but received no answer. I read through you site and information and it is suggested that I may have wait up to beyond the return date to get results. If that happens I won't be able to return, right? $500 is a lot of money. I think I should return it now.

I recently used this product after getting Achilles tendinitis during a marathon. It was super easy to use just 15 minutes 2x a day just putting it on the effected area. It has been literally 3 weeks and I have no more pain. I went to the chiropractor and he said it was looking so good that I only needed to not run for month rather than a year and can still do strength work. So happy! Highly recommend!

it's only my 3rd day using it but I already feel a relief from knee pain. I usually wake up with knee stiffness but it's gotten better and I feel like I can move a bit better.

I've been using the product.. now for about 5 and 1/2 weeks ..everyday daily on my knee,and on my neck.. 10 minutes..2 times a day...I will tell you that it is so wonderful ...It takes time on the knee but it is soothing... ..however it's a lot quicker relief in the neck area

I used the product for about a day and then gave it to my mom. She recently had knee replacement surgery. She’s been using it about a week and calls it her zapper as she can stop the tingling in her knee while using the device. She said, “it might be the nerves connecting back”. She is at a crucial stage in her recovery.

I received my device very sooner than expected even though I live in a remote Northern Town in BC Canada. Packaging was great and device works very well.

It's still too early to tell and give an honest review. I am using the MOVE for my knee and shoulder/back. I received the MOVE about two weeks ago and used it every other day for 15 minutes. I haven't noticed anything different yet. Both locations still have pain, and I haven't sensed any change. I continue to go to the physio and regularly do my exercises. So we shall see what comes out of it.

As for the device itself, its well made and good quality, and I expect it to last for a long time. The case is well made, and the charging station rocks. Overall, the product and presentation are spot on. Hoping its use will help.

Great! You replaced my damaged red light and I did send back the damaged one. A suggestion would be to make the band elastic, as it is difficult to use and adjust. Also, the case should be bigger to hold everything. Thank you!

Loved the device and seems to be working. My only complaint is the straps. I don't want to have to spend extra money to buy the extender straps for my back considering the device was so expensive. I feel they should have been included at no charge.

Company immediately contacted and made right. Highly recommend.
