They said $50 off and sent me a coupon that didn’t work. I contacted them about this and they ignored it. Had my wife send email and phone number to get her own $50 off code and they never sent her anything.
Still concerned, but I was eventually contacted by customer support. Hopefully getting things sorted out.

the cost of shipping for the 2.0 strap. Wow it's over half to cost. You should have included it as gift. I'm still looking forward to using the pro.

This is a powerful light therapy device, sturdy in construction and very imaginative. I've used it on my creaky knees and can definitely say that I've felt an improvement. I bought in early as one of the seeders. My major gripe is that it's not FDA approved and they don't actually have partnerships with the sports teams that they advertise. Just be wary of that but besides that, great product and good work!

I recently joined the Kineon Move+ Support Group on Facebook. The Group has really engaged members with insightful content. One member named Ed Macatbag is particularly helpful and responsive to the Group.

This product is very good technically. Several peer reviews tap this as the deepest penetration for joint and tissue issues. It is very targeted so you need to move ie several times if you are treating an area.

My biggest complaint is their strap system. Hard to adjust and inadequate for larger areas. They sell additional straps but for the price paid they should be included.

I started following the KINEON MOVE + team as soon as they first advertised their intention to design, manufacture and deliver this Laser Red Light Technology which was ( during rigorous testing ) proven to successfully remove pain in all areas of the body. I am a fit 73 year old pensioner who's passion in life is ballroom dancing, modern jive, table tennis and the gym / swim. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both knees. As the Osteoarthritis started to take hold and provide increased pain and reduce my mobility, I became extremely concerned about my ability to continue with my sporting passions. That is when I placed my first very early order for the Move +. To whomever is reading this review - I say that the Move + has allowed me to continue with all my mentioned sporting passions WITH ZERO PAIN. That is the most important statement - ZERO PAIN. I use it in the morning for 15 minutes on each knee and in the afternoon for 15 minutes on each knee. The whole Move + team are extraordinary in that they work their socks off to provide the best customer service possible. They have a world beating product in the Move + and the team work incredibly hard to deliver an A+ customer servive. Over the last 18 months I have ordered six Move +'s. Five for friends and one for my son. They are all so grateful to have pain free mobility back in their lives. TRY IT FOR ONE MONTH. You can return it after the one month and receive a full refund. I purchased the Pro+. Ill keep it short. In one week it has significantly healed the arthritis in my righty knee which has bothered me for years. It works plain and simple, its literally like magic. I talk about it to everyone I can. Thank you Kineon for such an incredible medical device.

This product works fantastically. I would recommended a better fastener for the device, it often times comes apart. I’ve seen videos with different straps that are more elastic and adjustable than the ones that come with the unit. I would not recommend getting the adjustable straps 2.0 as I found that those straps are the same ones that come with the unit. The unit itself is fantastic, would highly recommend. I have bad knee tendinitis and it’s like I have a new knee now.

One of the three red light units doesn’t take or hold a charge, and I can’t assess whether the product actually helps with my knee pain.
When I reported the non functioning unit, rather than replace the unit, the marketers asked me to put the unit through all possible use and charging configurations, actions I already performed .
All I wanted was a replacement or a refund, and I received neither.
However, the company continued to send me multiple requests for me to invest in their product.
They should spend more effort on quality assurance and customer service and satisfaction before hustling for investors.
I’m very disappointed with their response, and I wouldn’t recommend this product.

The product arrived and I figured out what I did by watching You Tubes and playing with it. It is an amazing product. Instant results and I cannot say enough good about it!! My back ache which was pretty awful was erased in one or 2 sessions. I felt so energized I couldn't believe it. (the strap could use a bit of a rework)

The support- I wish there was a bit more info to start with- such as how long and where to place for this problem or that.
**One of the units isn't turning on although it is fully charged. Hoping you have a solution because these are like magic and have taken the pain away from my son's knees after a motorcycle accident.

So I emailed in for help and within an hour, I had an email response. That is pretty amazing. This product is very impressive. I would say they are very much onto something. Everyone needs one of these on hand for all kinds of fixes!

Thanks for all the contact emails. Being able to follow the shipping was great. I have only started using the device so I can't say if it is working yet, but so far so good. I have a lot of aches and pains and am trying to use it on more than one area. It is extremely difficult to change positions. Changing from elbow to shoulder to neck to back for example is almost impossible. The straps pull out if it gets pulled on with a little pressure. You really need to find elastic straps so that you can easily change the targeted area easily. That's why I ordered the extra strap, but it was the same strap as with the original purchase. Other than that, so far so good.

Excellent service, just excellent

1. Excellent customer service. I've had a few issues with modules and the company was very quick to send a replacement.
2. I had meniscus surgery over 6 months ago and nothing was working to reduce swelling and pain. The move + along with "voodoo floss" has given me a HUGE benefit and reduction in inflammation.

I got the Kineon because I injured my hamstring. As an older athlete recovery is never as fast as one would like. I used Kineon as soon as I recieved it, it immediately reduced pain in my hammy and cut my recovery time in half. I literally use it everyday and all over from my hammy to my elbow, knee and shoulder. I was skeptic but can say I am super happy with how well it works!

This works great . The pain on my knee has lessened tremendously. I am very impressed with the treatment.
