★★★★★ Great product that keeps improving

I’ve been using the Kineon MOVE+ for some time, and it has become an important part of my recovery routine. I’ve noticed meaningful benefits, and it’s one of the few wellness devices that I’ve continued to use consistently.

What stands out even more than the product is that Kineon appears to genuinely listen to customer feedback and continues to improve the user experience. Seeing the company iterate on its design and refine the accessories gives me confidence that they’re focused on building the best product possible rather than standing still.

Any company can release a product, but it’s much harder to continually improve it and support customers along the way. That commitment is why I feel comfortable recommending Kineon.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and look forward to seeing how the product continues to evolve.

Intense nerve pain before my shoulder replacement was a given, yet the recovery and reduction of inflammation was significant.
Post surgery application is more noticeable as pain is not the focal point and my PT measurements of progress are impressive!
The biggest kudos go to Mariella for the genuine care and concern of my condition and super quick replacement of one of the parts! She went way beyond the customer service I had looked for. Great products and supported by great folks!

I've been using their product for my headaches which typically stem from my neck - I've used it for a while now and I've seen a big difference! I typically sit for long hours for work and my neck would get really stiff, this has for sure changed my morning routine!

Noel was quick, kind, and quite helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service for a fantastic product. I use my Move+ for lots of things and it is a wonderful tool for recovery and normal wear and tear. Highly recommend Kineon!

Kineon was very responsive to my requests and persistent in obtaining my reply, which is a nice change for a company. They were more than willing to do everything they could to help me out, and I think they are a solid company that is worthwhile doing business with. Their laser lights are superior to most cold lasers on the consumer market.

I’ve been very happy with the Kineon products and see a real recovery benefit. When one module on a unit started to malfunction, they were very responsive and did everything possible to address the issue when though the warranty period had passed quite a while ago.

I have been using the Kineon Move on my knees for several months and I definitely notice a difference. I use it twice a day for 15 minutes on each knee. The pain in my knees has gone away and the mobility is improving.

The device was out of stock for several weeks after ordering. However, Noel and some of her colleagues were excellent about proactively communicating the status. I was in a different country when it was time to ship it from the country where I live (and where I was when I place the original order) and the customer service representatives coordinated shipping to a completely different place and were more than fair about the shipping costs. They also answered quickly and with good detail about how to carry the device back to my home country. Impressive!

We were recommended the Kineon Move plus by a friend and we were not disappointed. I use it every day for my back to help with inflammation due to arthritis and generally getting older. When I went to use it the other day one of the straps broke. I contacted the company and was immediately taken care of. Customer service through them is top-notch. I highly recommend this product.

The product itself is really good, but what stood out to me even more is that the customer support team was extremely well-versed in the product, its use, and best practices, which really inspired me to write this review. I have been using Kineon for more than a year. Bought it for my knee pain that was caused by a skiing accident. I thought I was ready for surgery at the time, but the device actually removed all of my pain and made me be able to do sports again. A measurable difference was felt after just 10 days of use, uncomparably more effective than the physical therapies I have had before that(it also didn't take an hour of my time every day, and it is cheaper looking that the PT in my country for 10 days costs like 50% of the device and has little to no benefits).
After the knee was fixed, I used it for multiple other pains and smaller injuries, it helped with every single one. Also shared it with 3 of my friends, all of us felt better after using it twice a day for 15 minutes.
All in all, I think this product is a technological breakthrough, I love that you can tie it around the pain area and do stuff around the house, isn't really a chore if you incorporate it into your daily routine. I could't stand driving to physical therapies and loosing an hour of my life there before that.
