Really REALLY awful customer service…
Really REALLY awful customer service experience. I ordered the move+ based on the website saying it can be used on any body part.
I then discovered to use it on the back, I need an extender strap.
I still order, get no notification of order processing and then they tell me that I paid for 3-5 days delivery but there is actually also a 3-5 day processing time
Total mess of a company
They send to another address (country) my package
I´m from México and i was doing my research for worldwide shipping i email them before i purchase kineon, I had to ask them by email for my package because in 2 weeks they can never sent it. I pay for international shipping and the Navidium protection and i put my address which is in Cancún, Mexico. UPS says that my package was delivered today and i had no package in my building, i enter to the page and i saw that the put another address. I had the screenshots where i put my address. This is an investment and its not a cheap device. I dont know what happend with my package!

Kineon team provided excellent customer service in using the Kineon properly and although I did not receive the results I hoped for and returned Kineon for a refund the Team continued to provide courteous and professional guidance on how to return the Kineon for a full refund. Thank you very much.

Useless
We used the thing now for over a year, my wife for her knee problems, me for my shoulder problems. Regularily and placing the strap as recommended in the many mail shots. The effect was zero, zilch, nada in both cases. I have doubts that some of the glowing reviews are real or fakes. In short, thrown away money. But at least it does not hurt, hopefully.

Ripped off
I got charged an extra $30 plus American for extra insurance on postage which I did not request. I have repeatedly emailed to ask for a refund for this with no reply. Not impressed. It’s no good having a good product and lousy pr.
Move+. A great joint pain reliever.
great product. Being a health & fitness fanatic from 14 yo now at 85 I get some pain now and again. Bought the Move+Pro and it has helped me immensly knees shoulders the pain was diminished to a satisfactory degree anably me to keep training with minimal pain.
However I have had move for I guess 5-6 months when all of sudden it stopped working. The Move people are very helpful in trying to work out what went wrong. Will update once I find out what the problem is.

I never got a response for my question, yet I keep on being asked by your robot to give a review about the help I got, which was None.
Please stop sending these emails and pestering potential customer. It is more than annoying. Please remove me from your database

Ordered the product and added faster…
Ordered the product and added faster shipping. Its been 12 days with no update. I reached out and they replied that the product is backordered and more should be available by the end of the week. Went to their website and there is no remarks that the product is out of stock and to expect delays. Was really hoping to get this in a reasonable amount of time to try it out and feel mislead on the availability of the product with no communication that they didn't have any.
Customer service did reach out and gave a credit for the cost of shipping and I have now received the product.

Received an email yesterday with a $50 off code which did not work. Accidentally hit submit in the middle of the night when checking for the 10th time to see if it started working, so I didn’t get the discount promised.

Customer service was quick to respond
Customer service was quick to respond! I’m using the units 3 times a day for 15 minutes on my knee. Hope this maximizes the chances of the meniscus tear being able to heal. I know meniscus heals very slowly, if at all. I’m also trying shockwave therapy and Bioptron along with Kineon. Thanks!

The customer service agents for Kineon are really professional. I'd say this company is on the right track if the customer service agents are any indication of what the company's standards are. I really look forward to when they make a product that covers a larger surface area. Please keep me updated on when that happens. I'll like to participate in the R&D.

I’ve just started to use the Kineon, wasn’t sure if I may use the devise 15min a session, although on multiple body parts throughout the day, was thrilled to receive the prompt positive answer from Kineon team.

Problem Solved Quickly
One of the modules came apart when I took it out of the battery charger. I contacted Kineon and immediately I was queried as to it's condition and it's role with the other two modules. I responded and very quickly they told me that a new module would be forthcoming. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kineon!
