Phenomenal Product

I recently tore my meniscus. Preparing for surgery, I wanted a way to reduce my pain and help the tissue to heal and maximize my recovery. The Kineon Move+ has tremendously reduced my pain. Their customer service is very responsive and handled all my questions quickly. I highly recommend this company and this product!

Red light means go!

Usually, red light is a signal for us to stop but the Move+ Pro has turned things around for my family especially for my father. My dad (73) has been very active through his life running our small family business but for the last few years he has been bothered by arthritis on his knees and frozen shoulder.

A few weeks using the Move+ Pro has worked wonders for both his knees and shoulders and to make a long story short, he's now able to ride his bike every morning and he was able to go hiking with me last November.

I guess in this case, red light can also mean "keep going".

This device is a game changer

This device is a game changer. I've been using it for my back pain. Amazing results in just couple of days use. I also brought this with me on my trip to HK and it has absolutely helped me recover from all the walks! I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thanks, Kineon!

GREAT PRODUCT. GREAT SUPPORT

It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for! It took about two weeks, but I definitely noticed an improvement, so glad I got mine!

Pain-Free Knee + Excellent Customer Service = Kineon!

I purchased the Kineon Move+ Pro April 2024 to help reduce the weight-bearing pain in my left knee from a torn meniscus. It only took me about a week of using it to be pain free and get moving again! So far this 61-year-old Massage Practitioner has kept from going underneath the knife and am staying active! This mobile red light therapy unit is really quite amazing. I highly recommend it to all of my clients, family & friends! Today I give Kineon even more accolades as their customer service team was very prompt and professional with a warranty matter. They easily and kindly resolved the matter. With having experienced their excellent custom service, now I am even MORE confident recommending Kineon and their red light therapy products to anyone looking to be pain-free!

Kineon service...walks the talk!

I wrote Kineon explaining i had lost one of the 3 lights on trip to NY. Completely my fault, which I acknowledged. I also told them i was a daily user dor 6 months and loved the prpduct and believed in its efficacy! They immediately offered to replace the one I had lost...no charge! They were incredibly supportive.

FRAUD!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with! I purchased and paid on Oct21.2024 and have yet to receive my order (Dec 16/24). Kineon kept on blaming delayed shipping. Kineon’ shipping department on two occasions advised of an address problem and I advised of the correct Zip code despite the zip code being correct on my initial order. Incredibly Kineon still shipped using wrong zip code and courier advised of my order being undeliverable and returned. I Advised Kineon and I am still waiting for Kineon to correct and to ship my product to me. No response. Kineon’s usual response to emails consists of stock auto replies… So you know they read squat! Very frustrated!!! Dec31,2024- still no delivery!!!!

I purchased the kineon move + after…

I purchased the kineon move + after seeing countless YouTube reviews saying how good the device was for helping knee arthritis and post running recovery. I now realise that a You Tuber will say only positive things if they are given a device to test. My review is ‘it looks great, it’s well made, but it doesn’t work, absolutely it doesn’t work and I feel a bit of a mug”

If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The order was processed okay but Kineon did not keep me informed about despatch/delivery as specified when I ordered.
About a week after I received it on 8 November 2024 one of the modules stopped working. It turns on for max 3 seconds and then goes off - recharging makes no difference.
I made contact by phone and email and after sending a video of the affected module was told that a replacement was being sent out. 3 weeks later and in spite of email follow ups where I was assured the despatch was being chased I have received nothing. I’ve had contact with 3 or 4 different people which leaves me with little confidence that I will get the replacement this millennium. And for anyone trying to reach Kineon by phone don’t bother as it always goes to voicemail and no-one comes back, except of course if you want to spend more money - I’m surprised there isn’t a dedicated sales hotline.
In the meantime I’m still being bombarded with Black Friday promotional emails.
The Move+ is not cheap and is marketed as a premium product however this is clearly a company that does not have proper quality control in place and has prioritised sales over service which is extremely poor.

Aside from these issues the strap that you have to purchase separately is incredibly overpriced for what it is. The fastenings are fiddly and the module in the few days that all were working is bulky and not the most comfortable to use. At some point or other you are likely to need the strap so why is it not included in the price - could it be that Kineon are planning to make as much money as quickly as possible before moving onto something else? These might be issues that are ok to live with if you have a fully functioning product.
Based on my experience I would steer clear of Kineon. Forrest Smith if you are going to put your name behind the endless Black Friday promotions then you should also ensure that you have proper after sales support in place.
Kineon when am I going to receive my replacement module?
I have 3 other red light products and all work perfectly - in every case the service before and after sales has been excellent - @Kineon I can provide names if that will help to improve yours from pathetic to halfway decent.
Failing you sending me a replacement module I would happily settle for a refund - who needs a partially functioning product? Please can someone get back to me.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered the product a month ago. Did NOT say out of stock and apparently it was? Still hasn’t even shipped a month later. Each week they say next week and we will keep you informed “ every step of the way” yet fail to inform about anything. I had to inquire when the product didn’t show up. This could be a scam. I’m still waiting from my October order and it’s now Nov 23…

No show inventory and customer service

If I could leave a zero or less, I would. I ordered the move +. Kineon never told me they were out of stock. When the device did not arrive I had to contact them ( seems it should be the other way around). I was then informed they were out of stock. They continued to state they would “keep (me) informed at every step of the way” yet missed at least two delivery dates they represented to me. Each tme, , I had to initiate contact. Based on my experience and in my opinion, their inventory management controls are completely missing and their “customer service” is disingenuous. By continuing to delay the next expected delivery date they deprived me of the ability to purchase another device during holiday special offers. It doesn’t matter if their product works if they can’t deliver it. Based on my experience If you value customer service , look elsewhere.

Poor quality product. Poor Customer Service

The device worked fine a few times, but now one of the lasers won't turn on and one will not hold a charge for very long. Very poor quality product. Doesn't even last a few weeks. Then the company is making me pay for shipping to return a faulty product. They made no attempt to fix the product or send me a new one.

Pass on Kineon

Received unit and 2 of the lasers did not work and the 3rd one turned on and wouldn't turn off. After requesting a return label for the defective item they insisted I keep the defective unit and they would keep $250.00 of what I paid. No thanks. Finally was able to get a packing slip for the box, but was required to purchase my own return shipping. It's been 10 days since the package arrived at their warehouse and customer service says "it might take a while to find, because we have so many packages coming in and out". If they don't have a department for returns- that does nothing but scan and process returns coming in- there's something wrong. I have a feeling it's going to take a while to get my refund- if I get one at all! Don't waste your time and money with Kineon... Find another reputable company.

Placed an order on their website; unable to find order; unable to get a hold of customer support.

Placed an order on their website. A week goes by without any real information on the shipping status, but I've collected a dozen spammy emails to purchase an additional unit. Attempted to query status by looking up the purchase and it displays "order not found." Gave a ring to their US customer support line at 10AM on a weekday...there's no ring tone and it goes straight to a AI bot telling me to leave a message. Ahem, try using the chat feature again at their published working hours. No response. Kineon doesn't seem to operate at the published hours nor can you get a hold of anyone from that company. When I was finally able to get a hold of them, they ignored my request to cancel the order until I sent 2 more replies.

This company does not publish negative reviews

This company does not publish negative reviews from users. I purchased this device. It did not work. But that's fine. Ultimately, I returned the device. I wrote a review as they requested, but they never posted it on their site. This review was accurate and professionally written. It turns out they don't publish most negative reviews. 99 percent of their reviews are glowing. I did find some more realistic reviews on other sites such as Google. Shame on them.

Really REALLY awful customer service…

Really REALLY awful customer service experience. I ordered the move+ based on the website saying it can be used on any body part.

I then discovered to use it on the back, I need an extender strap.

I still order, get no notification of order processing and then they tell me that I paid for 3-5 days delivery but there is actually also a 3-5 day processing time

Total mess of a company
