Excellent product and company.

Working at a desk all day means I often experience neck tension and headaches. Convenient enough to be used while I work, I've noticed a significant improvement in my discomfort - meaning better focus, concentration and productivity.

What I really love is how portable it is. I've taken it with me on several trips and it's been amazing for relieving travel-related aches and pains. It's small and lightweight, and easily fits in my carry-on bag.

I've been using the Kineon for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that purchasing it has been the best decision I've made. Recovering from aches, pains or injuries have all benefited from the use product, it's affects on problem areas are rapid.

I borrowed a Move+ from a friend to help deal with some tendonitis i was experiencing in both my achilles. After using the Move+ twice a day for a couple of weeks i experienced a rapid improvement and was able to return to full training. Would recommend!

The Move Plus is a top quality, red light device that has given our family much relief and recovery. I, personally, have resolved, neck pain and knee pain, used it for faster exercise recovery, and recently have been experimenting with thyroid and circadian rhythm therapies. It is convenient to travel with, and so easy to use to pinpoint areas of need. Other family members have used it post workout, post pregnancy, and for sore muscles. I highly recommend getting the Move Plus. I don’t know of anything else on the market like it that uses both laser/LED lighting, with both red and near infra-red technology. You really won’t regret this purchase.

Customer service is essential, especially when electronics are involved. I purchased the Move + owing to a recommendation to use infra red light therapy for my arthritic knees. I purchased two units and use them once a day for fifteen minutes. After acupuncture treatment, I add five minutes. I highly recommend the Move + for arthritis pain relief. When I needed to replace a module, customer service walked me through a troubleshooting process but ultimately replaced the module without a hassle. A purposeful investment indeed.

I've been blown away by the portability and ease of this device. I just attach around my elbow on my drive to CrossFit so that I remember to use it before training. It's solved my elbow tendinitis after just a couple of weeks. Game-changer!

I play hard outside a lot and the MOVE+ is a fantastic new tool to combat pain and inflammation (without medication). The ordering was easy and I appreciated the updates on shipping. And I'm digging into the Pain to Possible library - the videos and tips are helpful getting started with the MOVE+.

Other than the product being really helpful for me. Recently had to deal with their customer service which were so rapid in response and attentive.

I suffer from dodgy knees after a lot of running on unforgiving ground. I have to say Kineon definitely helps. I do use it regularly and my personal opinion is of that it is of great benefit to anyone who struggles with creaking joints.

This is probably the easiest review of a product and the customer service ever.

The product is fantastic and the service I have just received is just as good as the product.

I bought the Kineon after being hesitant but also running out of options to assist in my recovery of a knee/quad injury. In short, I tore the majority of the quad tendon on my left leg (and damaged my MCL and PCL) and after about 6 months of recovery I still had a few issues with the injury and recovery.
I had read a lot about red light therapy and was a little bit sceptical but decided to give it a go. Google assisted in coming up with the Kineon Move + Pro product and then after a google search for reviews I came across a guy called Mark Lewis on Youtube who mentioned the product in a video of his. I also stumbled across a guy called Eric Hinman that also talks highly of your product (This google search has also led me to now keeping an eye on both their Youtube channels as well as buying your product).

After seeing their positive view of the product I gave it a go.

Bearing in mind this purchase was solely to do with my quad tendon injury, once I got the Kineon I also started using it on my left shoulder and left bicep as I had a niggle/injury that had been repeating on me for well over a year. Within a couple of weeks of regular use of the Kineon this shoulder problem has gone. I do continue to us the Kineon on the should for prevention so this also probably helps the injury coming back.

I now talk very highly of Kineon and red light therapy and would recommend the product to anyone who trains regularly. I would offer to lend out my Kineon to my friends who I think would have great us for it, however I'm too selfish to lose the use of it myself for a week or two to offer it out.

In regards to the customer service matching the high quality of the product- I recently had a problem with a clip on the strap, emailed an enquiry and in less than 12 hours the problem sorted with the quick and helpful responses from the Kineon team.

I recently tore my meniscus. Preparing for surgery, I wanted a way to reduce my pain and help the tissue to heal and maximize my recovery. The Kineon Move+ has tremendously reduced my pain. Their customer service is very responsive and handled all my questions quickly. I highly recommend this company and this product!

Usually, red light is a signal for us to stop but the Move+ Pro has turned things around for my family especially for my father. My dad (73) has been very active through his life running our small family business but for the last few years he has been bothered by arthritis on his knees and frozen shoulder.

A few weeks using the Move+ Pro has worked wonders for both his knees and shoulders and to make a long story short, he's now able to ride his bike every morning and he was able to go hiking with me last November.

I guess in this case, red light can also mean "keep going".
