Have been using this company's product for nearly a year now and it really does work and has significantly improved my health and it gets used every morning on a daily basis, It's a professional quality product that you can use yourself and up to this date there's nothing else on the market that comes anywhere near close,
As with any completely new concept /product there can be a few small issues but Kineon are easy to contact and always get you sorted and I can't wait for their new red light therapy product to become available.

I have had a so-so experience with using the Move+ for a sore knee but better results with various aches and pains and skin problems.
When a problem developed with one of the modules, the support team were exceptionally helpful and quick to act.
A replacement was offered when the module was thought to be faulty and a it is now on its way.

After a slight delay , Customer service came good.

The straps are not easy to regulate for someone who has pain in shoulders and hands. I am not sure if there is improvement in my pain. What is driving me mad is that they have desynced and I have tried everything on help site and youtube and nothing works. Also some instructions seem to be for a previous model as they are not applicable to my model bought a few months ago

For me the Move+ was not only a game changer during normal training days for recovery or warm up. It healed my peroneal tendonitis (no kind of medicine, cortison shot or whatever was helping). Also during my rehab time after biceps tendon surgery the Move+ was what at the end made the difference in combination with physiotherapy.

Highly recommended for anyone who is in pain with no solution working.

I have experienced no effects at all after using the device regularly for several weeks. It does nothing.
I emailed the company multiple times to arrange a return and refund (they advertise a 30 day free return policy). They have not replied to any of my emails. I will file consumer protection complaints with my state attorney general as this amounts to false and deceptive practices, I.e., fraud.

Kineon Move Pro is a really nice device to use photobiomodulation for health problems and injuries. The device is equipped with LEDs and lasers but, most importantly, it is really convenient to use. I had some issues but customer support helped me quickly and sent me replacements for broken elements.

Kineon has significantly relieved my chronic pain in many joints it also sped up my recovery after exercising! I had an issue with one module and the company is sending me a completely new MOVE+Pro !

The MOVE + has made such a huge difference to me, my family and my patients over the past few years. I must admit, I was skeptical about the device, despite the growing amount of evidence supporting red-light therapy for musculoskeletal recovery.
I had a long term AC joint issue, as well as patellofemoral pain syndrome in both knees. These injuries were really getting in the way of training, and having a significant effect on my mental health. So I bit the bullet, and bought the MOVE +.
A lot of people seem to notice a benefit from the first use. This wasn’t my experience; but after about 3 weeks of daily use, it became evident that my AC joint was less painful and less swollen. The sensitivity in my knees also improved dramatically. Two months later I was pain free, and breaking new ground in the gym.
I now use the device daily for maintenance, mainly on my shoulders and knees. I have two devices, so I can treat multiple body parts quickly. I’ve also bought one for my mum, which she uses on herself for an osteoarthritis knee, and her dog, who has a hip problem.
I’m a sports therapist and I have a spare device which I lend to clients so they trial it before committing to buying one. 5 of my client have bought one so far - mainly to aid joint recovery and tendinopathy from overtraining.
I can’t recommend the device enough; it’s literally allowed me to train a very intense level, and recover dramatically. The customer service is also second to none.

I've been using Kineon Move+ since it's early days (actually backed the first generation on Indiegogo in 2021) and it's been my on the go pain relief & recovery device ever since. Also, i've received great service from them both within and outside the warranty period. 5+ stars, can only recommend.

I had a battery problem on 1 unit, after email clarifications, Kineon wrote I would recieve a new unit.
However they could not get a spare of this series, so instead They are going to send me a whole new set.

Kineon group really cares. The customer service team really puts 100% effort to ensure their customers receive a great experience. Ownership and management, though already have wonderful products in the Move Pro & Relief, are actively looking for betterment and how to extend their reach to help even more customers. Kineon as a whole is such an inspiration!! Their product, their effort and their team!

My husband had knee surgery and this definitely helped his knee pain. I also believe it helped him heal and recover faster.

Great products would definitely recommend. With a high volume and intensity training program these products are great at aiding recovery between sessions and help keep any niggles at bay!

I have used the Kineon+ for my back and shoulder and definitely have seen improvemnt in pain management and that has helped me move better and easier. Also gave it to a family member for his knee and he loved it and is still using it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with join and muscle injuries.
