The device was out of stock for several weeks after ordering. However, Noel and some of her colleagues were excellent about proactively communicating the status. I was in a different country when it was time to ship it from the country where I live (and where I was when I place the original order) and the customer service representatives coordinated shipping to a completely different place and were more than fair about the shipping costs. They also answered quickly and with good detail about how to carry the device back to my home country. Impressive!

We were recommended the Kineon Move plus by a friend and we were not disappointed. I use it every day for my back to help with inflammation due to arthritis and generally getting older. When I went to use it the other day one of the straps broke. I contacted the company and was immediately taken care of. Customer service through them is top-notch. I highly recommend this product.

Possibly the greatest customer support I have been working with. The product itself is really good, but what stood out to me even more is that the customer support team was extremely well-versed in the product, its use, and best practices, which really inspired me to write this review. I would highly recommend!
Cannot recommend enough
I have been using Kineon for more than a year. Bought it for my knee pain that was caused by a skiing accident. I thought I was ready for surgery at the time, but the device actually removed all of my pain and made me be able to do sports again. A measurable difference was felt after just 10 days of use, uncomparably more effective than the physical therapies I have had before that(it also didn't take an hour of my time every day, and it is cheaper looking that the PT in my country for 10 days costs like 50% of the device and has little to no benefits).
After the knee was fixed, I used it for multiple other pains and smaller injuries, it helped with every single one. Also shared it with 3 of my friends, all of us felt better after using it twice a day for 15 minutes.
All in all, I think this product is a technological breakthrough, I love that you can tie it around the pain area and do stuff around the house, isn't really a chore if you incorporate it into your daily routine. I could't stand driving to physical therapies and loosing an hour of my life there before that.
The product is terrific and so is the service.
The product is terrific. When I needed a new strap, they responded immediately and gave great, problem free service. I wish they sold everything because this sort of service is exceptional!
Love my Move Pro
Love my Move Pro. Use it daily on my knees, ankles and back. Broke the clasp and they responded and offered replacement within 24 hours. Great people to interact worth. Even sent me ways to use it. Until replacement part arrives.
No Product Delivery & Zero Customer Service
I have had significant problems with this company. I ordered the device on June 1st and paid an additional fee for expedited delivery by June 4th. It is now June 15th and the item has not been shipped nor have I received any communications from Kineon regarding the status of my purchase. I have tried to contact Kineon several times to no avail. They don't answer the phone and they stopped communicating with me via their chat bot. I have received no communication other than a daily email encouraging me to buy more items from them with no reference to the status of my shipment. I am more than disappointed and now looking for ways to get my money back.

I have had 2 conversations with customer service. One was regarding the Move+ device itself. The other about accessories
Both times the reply’s were very timely, More importantly, gave me direct & clear answers to my questions and I was able to make an informed decision and purchase.
Since making the purchase I have received great feedback regarding the order status. Everything has been proactive on their part which I love.
So far, this has been a great experience and I am a completely satisfied customer.

Prompt, friendly, successful help in troubleshooting a problem
For the past year, I have used my Kineon Move Pro red lights twice a day for knee pain. It has made a huge difference for me.
Last week, one of the modules on the device stopped charging properly. When I reported this, I got friendly, prompt coaching and follow-up on several things I could do to try to remedy the problem. I tried all three simultaneously and it worked! Now the device is working just fine again. And I even got a friendly follow-up message from Noel, my helper at Kineon. I was very pleased with the help I received, and am thrilled to have my red lights back in action.
This is an amazing device
This is an amazing device. I’ve used this device for over 2 years to manage chronic over use and knee pain. It doesn’t tear up your leg like other bulky knee braces do. Helps with elbow degeneration as well. My kids also use it for their sports injuries and love it.
The customer support has been amazing as well. Timely responses, positive support and a great device make a great company top to bottom.
I’ve recommended this device to many people. Outstanding!
Rare Customer Service These Days
I've been really enjoying my Kineon, but recently thought I might be having some battery issues. I reached out through the website chat, honestly expecting a chatbot response and not much else.
Instead, Noel emailed me right away. I was traveling and slow to respond, but he followed up more than once to make sure I got the help I needed. When we finally connected, he walked me through a few battery optimization tips and helped me get everything sorted out.
Turns out the issue was me, not the device.
The Kineon has been great, but what really stood out was the customer service. Having a real person take the time to follow up and make sure everything was working properly feels pretty rare these days. Big ups to Noel for going above and beyond.

The company doesn’t answer phone call
The company doesn’t answer phone call, emails, chat bots. There product was supposed to ship and be delivered in 2 days but 5 days later I finally get a response that they are out of stock till 6/16/26. So they made me pay extra for shipping it fast and didn’t even have the product. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I've been using the Kineon Move+ consistently for a while now and it's become one of those things I genuinely can't imagine being without. As someone who travels a lot, which means a lot of walking and being on my feet, muscle soreness used to just be something I accepted as part of the deal. Not anymore. Glad I always bring my MOVE+ with me, so compact and easy to carry.
I've also found it incredibly effective for my back pain, which has been a persistent issue for me. That alone made it worth every penny.
What really elevated the experience for me is the updated strap system. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes a huge practical difference for someone who uses the device on different parts of the body. I'd strongly recommend giving the Move+ a try. It's become a non-negotiable part of my recovery routine.
