Kawaii Pen Shop Really Delivers!

I bought quite a few stickers and some washi tapes for my card crafting and journaling. Everything was packaged neatly and arrived as promised. I've ordered from them before and like the quality of the items. This time I used the express delivery and was pleased with with the delivery time.

Attention ! A really nice shop, but if you shop from Belgium, the package will be blocked at the post office and you will have to pay the VAT and additional expenses even if they have already calculated taxes on your order! It can get very expensive !!

I was so pleased with my purchase from the shop and, also, with their customer service. They were quick to respond to my question about delivery. The merchandise was packaged very nicely, too. I’ll purchase from them again.

I ordered a bunch of pens, some Limited addition summer stickers, and some pencil holders back in July. It takes a little while for shipping, and that is fine. But what is not fine is the packaging. I ordered over 10 pens and they were all wrapped together and busted. So I reach out to their customer service, only to be directed to the “upper/senior“ management. Which is fine, it was over their head so they needed some guidance. That happens. What is not OK, is no response from them. I sent many follow up messages and all were ignored (aside from the one saying the emails got forwarded). I’m not OK with being ignored after trusting a company that I don’t know and giving them $60 to send me broken pens and one usable item. I will not be ordering from this place anymore because what if I have another issue? Nobody will speak to me, not worth it. You think that online shops would be better with customer service.

Honestly, I would have out 0 starts if I could but unfortunately, I'll stick with one star. I place an order since April and I demanded a refund. It's been I don't know how many months and they still refuse to give my money back! The order was more that 100$ CA and each time I mail them, I always get the same answer: 'Sorry We're having a large amount of inquiries at the moment, we will come back to you asap' or ' thank you for your follow up, I transmitted your inquiry to my manager, you'll get an answer in 1-3 business days' Guess what? I NEVER GOT ANY ANSWER, THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I'M NOT PLANNING ON GIVING UP UNTIL I GET IT BACK! I'M SICK OF ALWAYS GETTING THE SAME ANSWER! IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS? WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE MY TURN? Please be careful shopping there. Sure the stationnaries are cute but it's not worth this trouble

I've made three orders with Kawaii Pen Shop now, two for myself and one on behalf of a friend. Each one has come in a relatively timely manner with excellent packaging and of course delightful products. I love everything I've gotten and my creativity has definitely taken a boost!

All of my interactions with customer service have been delightful and I can't thank them enough.

Dieron seguimiento a mi correo donde informaba que había transcurrido más de 30 días desde mi compra, me enviaron un correo con el número de guía y pude seguir su traslado, asimismo, el día que iba a llegar mi paquete me enviaron un correo para estar al pendiente.

I ordered multiple times from their site.
Considering the actual situation with Covid ecc. is understandable that the shipping is slower.
By the way, given an issue they have always replied to me and the items puschased are extremely cute.

Never received order, never got a refund. $65 out the window, they wouldn’t do anything to make it even partially right, even after reaching out to them multiple times. Obviously I would not recommend!

Esto es algo que deben de tomar en cuenta, ya que los envíos se despachan desde Hong Kong.

Si eres de un país latinoamericano, puede que tarde más y debes de tomar precauciones.

Confirmo que el servicio al cliente es casi nulo, por mi parte tuve que estar pendiente del número de tracking y el recorrido que aparece en la página que ellos te proporcionan.

This company has great customer service, then respond to emails and my package arrived in a timely manner. Was wrapped and very secure for going through the mail. You can tell they appreciate their customers.

Terrible service, the items haven't arrived yet despite all the info being correct, it has been almost 100+ days now. I tried to ask them if they could re-send the items or if a refund was possible, and they don't even reply back to my e-mails. it was a particularly large order of various items from their shop so I would at least expect some sort of customer service to help out a bit. Given the chance I would not buy from them again. Behind the cute website it seems to be very shady, and looking at other comments i don't seem to be the only one with this issue as of late.

I had recently made an order for a set of washi tape (and stickers). Just before I paid for the order, one of the washi tapes was removed from my cart as the online store said it was ‘out of stock’.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this completely peeved me off. It would be fine if they were genuinely out off stock. I even asked the customer representative to check whether this was still in stock as I would like to add this to my order. And they told me I couldn’t.

However lo and behold, not even one day after the order was dispatched, the washi tape is now back in stock on the online store. They should have checked more thoroughly or told me that they expected it to be back in stock very soon!

This is extremely frustrating as I cannot order this without re-paying the expensive express shipping with Fedex.

I have contacted them to see if anything can be done. No response yet, but I will update the review based on their response, and whether I even receive the package (there’s a lot of people here that haven’t received their order).

Items never arrived, extremely poor communication from company - eventually had to raise the issue with PayPal and only after going through the PayPal resolution centre did I get a refund!

Ordered a few items, they have never been received. On request for feedback, you get sent a tracking number for the item being shipped a MONTH after purchase. A month later and still nothing, so its been two month since ordered.
Next email will be to request a refund. that, I am guess will never happen based on past reviews that i now wish I had read before ordering!

Tengo 7 pedidos pendientes (ya pagados) hace casi 3 meses y la tienda ni siquiera responde cuando van a enviarse.

Ordered on Nov 30 2020 and never received the order but was charged. Sent over 8 email inquiries about my order and no response until I requested a refund. Response received and was told it would take 3-5 business days. This was on March 30, 2021. Today is May 24, 2021. I have yet to receive my refund.

Previously my orders went through but the orders takes a couple of months to be received.

I wouldn’t order from here with the way business is done. Lack of response and months for an order to ship out is not ok.

I’ve been purchasing my stationary and gifts from KPS for years now and never had an issue. Packages do take a while since covid, but they managed to fix some of the delays (for me now sender - Italy takes around 2-3 weeks). I always choose the insurance option, and follow the updates via tracking code. I mostly purchase Kokuyo paper products, BGM washi tapes and stickers, Tombow & Uni Jetstream pens and pencils, etc. and the product quality is always impeccable. Very convenient and affordable prices too, especially considering the free shipping. They have some store-brand items too like washi tapes and notebooks, and those are really good quality and well thought products too.
I contacted their customer service several times because early on the tracking code wouldn’t show up in the ‘your order has been shipped’ email, and they always answered kindly and took suggestions for new/related products (like loose leaf paper refills) to add to their stock.
