Ordered a couple pencils, a cute pencil bag, washi tape, and a washi tape cutter and got free shipping. I got this order incredibly quickly from when I place it (10 total days to the US) and all the stuff is so cute and great quality.

For the cost and shipping speed, highly recommend if you want some truly unique stationary.

I had been looking for a cute notebook for a while when I stumbled upon Kawaii Pen Shop. I placed an order for some stickers, pens, tapes and a notebook, and I even used a special promotional code they had at the time. I received the package 10 days later. Everything was safely packed, nothing was missing, and I even got a separate little package inside my bigger one with tons of extra items. I am so happy with everything, especially my Tales of Japan hardcover notebook (that I even got an extra of with the promocode - they even made sure to pack a different design than the one I ordered!) which is simply beautiful! Was delighted to receive an email with their top products for lefties in mind. We're often forgotten and because the majority of people are right handed they cannot conceive the problems we face doing the simplest everyday tasks - a highlighter with nib window!!! Brilliant!

Tried to order $4.99 stickers, only when I almost completed checkout shipping was going to be $40 !?!?!🤯 Be aware and also check out their BBB reviews, 5 compliants, mostly people never receiving their orders. No replies back when people asked where is their order.

Their transport time is too long. Wish I hadn’t made my order.

My first order with them took forever. I had ordered a month in advance for a gift for friends and it came so late that I couldn't give them the gifts on their birthdays. The quality of the items was wonderful though and I decided I would order from them again and make sure to order even earlier. I ordered a set of pens and some stickers (and possibly something else, I don't even remember now) for the child I nanny as a Christmas gift.

However, they were still late with the order, and to make matters worse, when they finally did deliver it was the day before Christmas and my package was either lost by the mail service or it was stolen off my porch. I've been going back and forth with customer service for over three months now and all they tell me is to check with my postal office (which I have and they reiterate that it's not with them and it was dropped off on my porch the day before Christmas Eve). I was told at one point that I would have a manager contact me to resolve this issue and never heard from said person. I tried giving them more time and being patient but it's now late February and I first contacted them at the end of December about my issue.

I won't be purchasing from this shop again. The way they're handling my claim is entirely dismissive. I wouldn't recommend using the shop for anyone. They take way too long to deliver and won't help you if your items don't make it to you.

I have been ordering from Kawaii Pen Shop since Feb. 2020. I have always received my orders in a timely manner (given where their coming from and the pandemic situation) and always undamaged. On top of that, everything has been adorable and affordable! I cannot recommend them more!

I was amazed when I received my order! They had included so many free goodies along with my purchase that were really cute! The price of the goods and quality were all really good and shipping didn't take too long at all. I also love that they always have special discounts and offers available. I will definitely be shopping at Kawaii Pen Shop frequently :)

I literally didn’t receive my order and I emailed them to try and cancel my order for a refund but they haven’t responded.

My order did arrive after about 3 weeks to the US. After reading some of the reviews here I was pretty worried since I found out some people never received their items. The stated store policy is not to declare a package as lost until it’s been 120 days! With overseas shipping I’m sure it happens. I was quite worried and I wished that I had paid with PayPal in the event of the package not arriving.

I ordered 70 dollars worth of pens and stationery with a few plastic files, and they did NOT bother to even send a piece of cardboard to ensure the plastic files weren't SCRUNCHED during shipping, i don't understand how ANYONE WITH COMEN SENSE could do this and think "yeah it'll be fine"?????????? again, no customer service replied, no one cared, until i opened a paypal claim and escalated it. Surely they only care when money is on the line, as soon as you spend it, it's out the window. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I agree with other customers. The customer service is a scam. My package has been missing for two months. No attempt to help find it. They say to go ask at the post office! Upgraded to a senior manager means they are ignoring you. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they respond with “too many responses” and they will get back to me. Horrible way to do business. So disappointed.

They sent a wrong item and never replaced/refunded it.
Do not order it from this website unless their item from Amazon for replacement or refund.

The stuff is cute but their customer service is terrible. I purchased an item that broke after 6 weeks and they didn’t offer a refund or replacement or anything.

I’ll never order again from that company.

If you’re willing to gamble your money, by all means order from here. I’ve had ok experiences with them in the past, unfortunately I have learned the hard way that their “customer service” is a scam. They will “forward your email to a senior manager”, which means they will ignore you.

I ordered a backpack and it was defective (strap sewn in wrong place) and unusable. I asked for a replacement or refund. After 2 months of emails from me going unanswered or being deflected, I still haven’t received anything. Keep in mind, these are the same products as Aliexpress (bulk bought cheap items), so faulty products are bound to be sent. Order at your own risk.

My daughter adores the Ghibli products, and your folders and pencil cases are unlike anything I've ever seen here in the states, and better quality. Pros: Items just as described, legit products, great, safe and quick mailing, amazing customer service, got answered via email to all my questions and refunded my VAT very fast.

Cons: Sometimes too little information of the products (memo pages, ink base), and the automatic tax charging in the check out caused extra hassle, which they solved, but I could love if they provided IOSS code already or didn't charge taxes beforehand.

Firstly, my gold tone pilot Frixion multi pen is not available anywhere from US.

It is absolutely amazing. Even my beautiful wife of 55 years who barely tolerates my 60 year pen hobby thinks it is the best looking pen I own!!

If she behaves. . maybe I'll get her the one with the pink tone....
