This company is a scam. Order never dispatched. Customer service feels like automated/AI responses that keeps replying with the same message over and over again. They will claim your order is in a queue to dispatch up until you ask for a refund and then they will say its too late to ask for a refund as your order is next in queue but then nothing dispatchs and you get the same responses again.

I wish I had seen all these 1-star Trustpilot reviews before ordering, there is no chance I would have done business with this company. I can't review the product because I didn't receive it, and every interaction with their customer service rep "Anna" screams red flag... most likely just AI stalling responses to cover for the company. The scam is essentially they take your money and initiate a USPS shipping label to make you think the fulfillment process has begun as it would in any other normal online transaction. But the product isn't actually shipped. USPS has no history of receiving the product. An unusual amount of time passes, still nothing received by USPS, much less by the customer. Customer service eventually admits an error, promises to send another product immediately with "priority handling." But again, without actually sending or evidencing that they've shipped anything this time either. Others in the reviews have reported waiting months to actually receive anything, if at all. I was not willing to wait for the scam to run that course. I initiated a complaint and stop payment with the bank after their customer service bot posted multiple lies about the status. I also file a complaint with state authorities; this practice is deceptive and illegal. From my experience and the tons of negative reviews here, it would be unwise to risk sending them money with so much uncertainty on when or if you'll get anything for those funds.

I had a stress bump on my glutes for years. Used the REVO cupper and it’s gone, gave me relief! I have been using the cupper to tighten my skin and can already tell a different in my stomach!

The face genie Improved my skin texture. It’s
gentle, and easy to use. You just have to be diligent in working it regularly at first. I now just use it 2 times a week.

They never shipped this item. Charged my CC. Now I have to fight to get the charge taken off. They give you a tracking number that doesn't belong to any delivery company. They are a scam.

I love my REVO products! The Face Genie is wonderful. I have used all three modes (red, green, and blue) It feels great on my face and usingbit with serum gives my skin hydration and glow.

The Smart Cupper is great for muscle therapy. I can easily target the arras that need recovery, especially using the heat.

Tried to cancel order. Customer service said it was impossible except for a few hours after the initial order. Then weeks to ship. Then refused to accept the cancellation even though I never opened the shipment. Don’t buy from them.

I’ve been using the REVO smart cupper for a few weeks now and LOVE IT. It shipped so quickly, is super user friendly, and great quality. I especially love the red light therapy and adjustable heat features. The cupping allows for instant relief and is so convenient compared to traditional cupping. The pulsating cupping feature is amazing for sore muscles and it helps so much with relieving my back pain. Overall amazing product, 10/10!!!

I’ve bought in so many things online over the years of my life and this is by far the worst experience yet my order has been sitting in the same spot for almost 2 months now very poor company customer service and productivity is horrible like do you guys have 1 person furfilling orders or something ? There’s 5 business days with 8 hour working days wtf you guys doing ?
