I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered something that ended up being delivered to a different address. I emailed their customer service hoping I could get a new order issued. Because FedEx shows that my package was delivered, they are refusing to do anything about it. I have sent several emails stating I never received the package but they would rather trust the "proof of delivery" that doesn't show what address it was delivered to. I used FedEx shipping to make sure I would have the insurance if I didn't receive it but they are refusing to honor that. Don't ever buy from this company if you have issues getting packages. Their customer service is terrible and they won't actually do anything to help you if your package gets lost or misdelivered.

Do not order from this shop! If your items are lost in transit you are SOL! I did not receive my items and their refund policy states you must wait 120 days before receiving a refund. I contacted their customer service repeatedly asking for a refund and their response was always "we will issue the refund in 2-5 business days", but I never received a refund. They dragged this out past the 180 days that Paypal allows to dispute a payment.

The items I purchase are usually stationery items - pens, washi tape, stickers, paper. They are adorable. I get lots of comments at work asking where I got my pens/calendars. I have seen a lot of reviews about people not receiving their packages. I know that free shipping is a good deal, but since it is coming from China I choose to spend the extra $10. So far I have not been disappointed. I generally receive my packages in about 5 days via FedEx to USA (East Coast) and can track the package the entire way.

I made an order on 6th January, I was already expecting delays due to the global pandemic going on so I have no issues with that. My delivery was tracked and reported to have been delivered on 23rd January but doesn't say to whom or where, they haven't even been able to tell me which courier my parcel was passed onto when it arrived in UK. At first the tracking said my parcel was in Canada instead of UK, after emailing them they had sent me another tracking number and another parcel or the same one arrived in UK. After that it was said to be delivered and still not received my parcel, I emailed Kawaii Pen Shop, they told me to check my local post offices which I have done, also with neighbours and have had no luck. They then told me that they would investigate on the situation and pass the case to their Senior Manager but I didn't get an update or response for over 2 weeks now. I'm most likely going to just contact my bank about this because they're not looking to communicate and resolve this at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

No issues with the shop itself, easy ordering, good delivery. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the product (classic corduroy backpack-6 colors). I looked for a "proper" shop on purpose and happy to pay more money to get quality as I want kid's high school bag to be better and last longer. I could have bought same quality for $10 dollars at kmart or for $11.50 at aliexpress, instead of the $25 I paid. Exact same quality as your cheaper places. Very disappointing.

I ordered the maruman kurufit binders and campus paper refills. To be honest after reading the reviews on this site i was worried that i got scammed, fortunately i wasn't because my package came. However it does take a while, mine took almost a month to arrive. But the products are great quality and arrived in perfect condition.

Mun kokemus alkaa 6.8.2020 kun tein tilauksen. sain tilausvahvistuksen ja pakettini (arvoltaan 65e) lähetettiin 10.8. Jäin odottelemaan pakettia jonka toimitusajaksi arvioitiin 2-4 viikkoa, covid vaikutti tuolloin postituksiin joka paikassa paljon. Huomautan tässä että MAKSOIN PAKETIN SEURANNASTA JA VAKUUTUKSESTA. Sain rahani takaisin 12.12.2020
- Sain yhden seurantakoodin paketin lähdettyä kiinalaiselle kuriiripalvelulle.
- Otin yhteyttä kawaiipenshopin asiakaspalveluun MONESTI (ensimmäisen kerran 12.9) aluksi kun en kuullut paketistani ja tracking koodi kertoi ettei paketti olisi kiinan rajalta liikkunut pitkään aikaan (kiinalaisella kuriiripalvelulla ei ollut englannin kielistä aspalvelua en voinut kysyä sieltä)
- USEAN yhteydenoton ja reilu kahden kk odotuksen jälkeen minulle ilmoitettiin että paketillani on seurantakoodi seurantapalvelu track17:llä. tämä koodi näytti paketin tulleen suomeen yli 2 kk sitten ja että se on annettu suomen postille.
- Laitan jälleen MONESTI kawaiipenshopille viestiä että anteeksi mitä, ja antoivat nyt jostain taiotun seurantakoodin minkä suomen posti tunnisti. no paketti on käynyt suomessa ja lähetetty takaisin koska sitä ei oltu lunastettu. Paketissani EI OLLUT mun puhelinnumeroa enkä siksi ollut saanut saapumisilmoitusta. (en tiedä miksen saanut paperista ilmoitusta mutta äh)
- No laitoin jälleen kawaiipenshopin aspalvelulle viestiä ja selitin tilanteen, sain MONTA väistävää vastausta kun pyysin rahojani takaisin, sanottiin että senior managerille ilmoitettaisiin eikä kukaan manageri mulle koskaan vastannut. sain aina itse ottaa uudelleen yhteyttä ja pyytää palautusta.
- Heidän aspalvelulla kesti aina n. 2-8 arkipäivää vastata minulle
- Sain loppujen lopuski rahani takaisin mutta ihan hirveän VIIKKOJEN vänkäämisen jälkeen. En myöskään koskaan saanut anteeksipyyntöjä siitä ettei minulle oltu annettu toimivia koodeja aiemmin.
- ELI TODELLA HUONO aspalvelu EIKÄ mulle kerrottu tracking palvelusta kun vasta sitten kun paketti oli jo lähtenyt takaisin.
Huonot tähdet puhtaasti huonosta palvelusta.

After seeing my previous bad review of their gift card process, Catherine at Kawaii Pen Shop emailed me and said that it would be easy for them to send the email with gift card to the recipient. So I sent them the email address for the recipient again. It's been three days now and my recipient STILL has not gotten any email notification of the gift card (and I know the email address is valid because I sent her a test message just to be sure). This is probably the worst experience buying a gift card that I've ever had. I guess I'll have to contact my credit card company to contest the charge. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

UPDATE: Kawaii Pen Shop did respond and sent the recipient the gift card email which she used to purchase items. Will update the review again when she receives the items.

2nd Update: The recipient received her items quickly (she selected FedEx which was $10).

I received my merchandise promptly considering the pandemic, the packaging was orderly and clean, I also appreciated that they offered an option to pay off in installments with no finance charge.

I just love the colored pencils and markers I ordered! I gave a set to my friend and she loves them too. I had a question about my order and Kawaii Pen Shop sent an email with the information I needed the next day. This is a great company with wonderful products.

Cute and wonderful items ! I bought the kitty post it notes in a box for a gift and she loved them ! So many cute sticky notes . The stickers are very nice. I can't wait to shop for more fun items !

A wonderfull shop with lots of interesting, unique and special products. The whole process of ordering, shipping and delivering went quick and easy. I choose Delivery with FedEx and it took less than a week from Japan to Germany.

Ordered, paid, no parcel arrived. 20+ dubious mails, no real support. My money is gone. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Shipping takes like 2 months for a lot of folks and it's questionable if quality is even up to par. Be wary of positive reviews on this site; they're probably fake.

Hey! I have bought GOBS of items from Kawaii Pen Shop for a while now, and every time I received my goods, they were always very well-packaged (lots of bubblewrap cuddling whatever content was making the long journey to my house), and always (ALWAYS!!!) all items ordered were in that box. The quality all the way around has been 100% perfection.

If there was any sort of meh-inducing issue (not an "issue" issue, as in highly negative, HUUUUUGE problem thing) with my otherwise near-perfect order experiences, it was shipping time. But now... NOW... Ooooooooohhh, lordy!!! I canNOT believe the improvement over the past shipping time! It makes purchasing from this shop even MORE fun and worth however much one spends, because... You no longer need to wait weeks for your goods to show up at your doorstep. Literally, it's down to days. It was for me, anyway. I did choose the pricier shipping, as I have in the past, but the difference between old shipping and new shipping times are pretty amazing.

Bottom line: I absolutely love this shop, they carry great products with crazygood selection, I will purchase again (and again and again...), and shipping time now is phenomenal.
