Kawaii Pen Shop Anmeldelser 

An item I ordered came with a small crack. I emailed Kawaii Pen Shop with photos and was told it would be escalated to the 'senior manager' and to expect a reply within 3 days. Chased up a week later, again was told it would be escalated to the 'senior manager'. After reading reviews here and on Reddit, I've come to the conclusion this 'senior manager' doesn't exist and they're banking on people either forgetting or giving up. My advice is, if you don't mind paying a premium for hit-and-miss quality with the hope that your product won't have issues, go for it. If you don't like taking risks, give this shop a miss.

I bought a pen from here costing me around £17 which I didn’t mind as they had an offer at the time to receive a mystery gift with this worth up to £50 the gift and pen arrived and all items were seriously low quality and worthless. I asked for my money back on 11th January and after over 14 emails back and forth sending them pictures, asking for a reply they have just ignored me always saying ‘they will pass on to a senior supervisor and get back to me within 3 working days’ I keep chasing them up and then they don’t respond at all. Disgusting customer service they are a scam company.

My order arrived very quickly! And having got 2 of the spring mystery packs, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. As someone with a parent in the hospital the note pads I got will be used to leave her notes when I visit at night. Thank you thank you thank you!

We had a slight issue with the shipping but they responded to my concerns and shipped it immediately with expedited shipping once they found out about the error. I even had a few thank you gifts for my wait! My items are exactly what I needed for my journaling and so cute! I will shop with Kawaii Pen Shop again!

Be careful. I've purchased a few smalls from this site and was satisfied with the merchandise. Ergo, I order a pricier gift for my grand for her birthday. The mistake and disappointment is all my own. Read the dimensions carefully. They were in centimenters, NOT inches. Also, the customer service responses are zilch, nil. Nothing.

Dollar Store quality for very high prices. When I saw what was received I returned the items immediately. Kawaii pen shop doesn’t cover return shipping cost. After returning the items back to their Hong Kong address the package came back to my US address. Either they gave me a wrong address or refused the return shipment. After reaching out to customer service I got a rude response and was told they „do not accept responsibility“ and that’s that. So sad. I thought I had discovered a cute shop. Don’t recommend!

After 2 months of back and forth regarding my unrecieved package, I was told there would be no refund or reshipping as I did not purchase shipping insurance! I was unaware that was even a possibility. I will NEVER order from here again. No customer service. I would encourage others not to order from here either.

I’ve ordered about four times, and each time my order was delivered reasonably on time, everything was packaged very securely, and nothing was missing. Kawaii Pen Shop has some great sales with a huge variety of things to choose from. I’m especially happy with the pens and markers I bought. I would order again. :)

I got all my things and loved the extra items provided by the 2023 mega gift, the package arrived within 3-4 days and everything was packaged safely.

Die Produkte sehen zumindest online sehr nett aus, aber leider ist die Art und Weise wie der Shop handelt in meinen Augen sehr frech. Es wird groß geworben mit weltweitem Gratisversand und immer wieder gibt es Goodies zusätzlich. Überschreitet man im Warenkorb dann die Summe, kriegt man auch einen extra Banner, der einem bestätigt, dass man sich für den Gratisversand qualifiziert hat. Im Warenkorb selbst ist davon dann nichts mehr zu sehen und man zahlt gefühlt LängexBreite. Auf Nachfragen war die Dame im Support auch wenig hilfreich und hat nur deren Website zum Versand verlinkt, auf der keinerlei Info steht warum ich jetzt doch zahlen muss. Das Verhalten dadurch die Kunden zu gewinnen, weil man schon einen vollen Warenkorb hat und dann eventuell nicht auf die Produkte verzichten und ein Auge beim Versand zudrückt, ist mMn einfach unverschämt und frech und ich bin selbst Geschäftstreibende. Glücklicherweise gibt es genügend andere Shops mit ähnlichen Produkten, die einen nicht mit bewusst irreführenden Werbebannern ködern.

Still missing orders from 2018!

I made two small orders in late 2018 (stickers and washi tape). I made my issues known in February of 2019. I was told that it was because of a customs issue and that the products would still arrive, "delay is specific for international parcels coming from Asia to Canada" and that "your order will eventually arrive after the CBSA clears the packages".

They never arrived. There was so little effort on their part to help.

I decided to leave a review as I've seen a lot of advertising for them lately. They'll just take your money and you'll get nothing in return.

They charged me $15 for three day shipping, didn't process it for 4 days and it has been a week and they just shipped it out today, which means it will be a couple more days at least before I receive it. The customer service is awful and I feel pretty much completely ignored. I really regret choosing to purchase from this company.

Disgusting service taking my girls’ money 9 months ago and despite me following up on it via email many times, all I’m told is they’d tell a supervisor and they’re busy. We haven’t received any of the items purchased. My girls want a refund for order 260045. 9 months is ridiculous.

Company sent order missing item. Contacted and they have given me no constructive response for two weeks. Item is now sold out on their website. Company is fine (if over priced) if you have no issues but if you have any problem they will ghost you

I ordered gel pens which were authentic. It took nearly a month, which is understandable as it is internationally posted. It was boxed beautifully, and had some extras. Definitely ordering from them again.

Terrible customer service. It’s been over 3 months since my order and it’s been almost 2 weeks since my last contact with them. Over the past 2mo contact was consistent, but now it’s been ignored. Never ordering from them again. Don’t waste your money.

I was happy to find this lovely online shop that has an amazing selection of high quality stationary, along side with a reasonable free worldwide shipping bar.
They kept me updated for every step of the shipping process and it arrived so quick with a delivery to my door. All the products where exactly as shown on the pictures and high quality. It was also wrapped with such care.
I will definitely will buy again!!

I have been ordering from Kawaii for several months now and their products are unique and good quality. Shipping takes a bit of time but not excessive and worth waiting for. i highly recommend. Order fulfillment is accuarate and no problems with damage/ Love this vendor.
