I have ordered something in May 2023, the order was never delivered, custom support kept telling me to wait and never even refunded anything.

Ordered back in February and still haven’t received my order in April. Customer service refuses to answer my inquiries other than to tell me the tracking information which says the package hasn’t moved since February.

It was my first time shopping at Kawaii Pen Shop and i'm so happy with everything I got. It did take a little bit to get delivered, but as advised on their website, and when contacted Customer Service about it they replied fast and were very helpful.
Will definitely be shopping again!

my items arrived quickly considering how far they had to travel. my family loved the items especially the sanrio stickers

I read reviews on here after ordering $45 of stuff and got super scared that I'd get scammed but my experience with them was actually great! They emailed me asking for my phone number to upgrade my shipping which was a bit suspicious but it turned out fine. Items were packed safely and arrived EXTREMELY FAST!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Takes weeks if not a month to receive a few stickers...I will NEVER use these people again...STILL have not received my order and it's been forever!!

I had placed a large order for my daughter's birthday, but I forgot to enter my phone number. The next day the customer service for Kawaii emailed me asking for the number before they could process the order. In the meantime I had changed my mind about the order (within less than 24 hrs of placing it, because my daughter apparently already had a number of the items), so in reply I asked them to cancel my order and refund the payment. I didn't receive a reply, so I emailed them again, but still didn't get an answer, so then I contacted them through their website. I received a reply, stating that I would receive an update within 3 days. After 3 days there was no update, so I contacted them again. I received a reply that they would escalate it to the manager. And so it kept on going a few more times, until they suddenly completely stopped replying. So I called my Visa card and filed a dispute and got my money back. I advised my daughter to never buy anything from them again! This whole process took about 2 months before it was resolved through my Visa card company. Not a good company.

Scammers.
I bought an agenda, found it for half the price of the store in Amazon so I cancelled my order.
Of course they cancelled the product but they never returned my money.

They told me in customer service that they had “escalated to a manager” and then just ghosted me.

Poor customer service and they will just steal your money up front.

Overpriced products and basically non existent customer support. Multiple requests were simply ignored or no help offered once you finally get an answer. Can't recommend ordering here at all, save yourself the trouble.

Company registered in Wyoming WY, but charges sales tax for all other states. Products ship from China directly, so there shouldn't be any local sales tax charges. Very suspicious of tax evading practice. They do ship legitimate products, I received products, hence 2 stars.

First time: Ordered my stuff, it all came in a short amount of time, it all was fine.

Second time: Ordered, then they asked for my phone number for some reason? I tried to cancel the order because they had told me specifically that my order wouldn't be shipped without my number. It's been a WHOLE MONTH and they havent cancelled my order. So i guess i just made them mad & they're deciding to keep my $60.

Just don't risk it. Find substitutes on Amazon. These people will weaponize the language barrier to feign ignorance and it's all incredibly frustrating.

Package arrived cut open and taped up with everything removed and only one small item still inside. (Ordered 7/20 - damaged package received 8/9) I contacted the company to see what could be done. Received a request for a photo of the package and after some time, I wrote again and was told they were busy and would get back to me soon. Have not heard anything to any message I have sent at this point (Now it is 10/2023). Even if the items were stolen by someone, an apology on behalf of the company would have been appreciated. So now I have a $95 roll of Washi Tape that technically cost $3. Will never purchase from them again and will tell others to do the same.

I bought two things enthusiastically: a set of pens and a planner. Received the pens, but not the planner. I supposed they would arrive in two different packages, but weeks went by and no sign of the planner. I sent multiple emails and used their Contact Us page countless times, and I have the receipts for them. Absolutely no answer. I added them to my contact list in case, but they simply didn't answer. So any attempt at getting a refund was obviously ignored.

One day, after many months, I found that in their mobile page, they have a Chat. It's the only way I managed to speak to someone. The person told me that the item had gone Out of Stock, which 1. could have been communicated at the time, yet they didn't, 2. when I checked the product page, it was still in stock. However, they told me to choose another product because a refund was gonna be hard as time had passed. I didn't want to seem like a difficult person so I complied for a moment and chose a different product. The person let me know they would send a new tracking number, which I never received.

So here I was again, respectfully sending emails to send a refund. To this day, I haven't received a single email back; checked Spams, nothing. I don't recommend this page. The planner was around $30, which I could have used anywhere else, like on a website that actually delivers.

Do not shop from this company. My order got lost and they kept asking me for proof even though the carrier had contacted the shop already. I got the carrier to send me an email explaining what they had done in regards to the shop. I forwarded that email to the shop. Since then, they just keep me in a circle of the same default answer about being busy and that my email has been forwarded to a senior manager. They still have the money the carrier, sent to the shop to send to me.

I call myself a regular customer. For a small fee they offer discounted FedEx shipping to the UK (it depends on the size of your order). The orders arrive fast usually within 3-4 days and are well packed. The items are very cute and there's so much selection. I really enjoy shopping with them.

Fast delivery using the FedEx service. I received it in 3 days to Europe. All VAT was included so I did not have to pay Extra

My parcel never arrived, I emailed them multiple times and their response was always the same automated message, how they're going to pass my e-mail to a superior and I should receive a response in a few days. That response never arrived and neither did my parcel. Basically, I got scammed out of my money and they didn't even bother hiding that fact.

Very slow postage! Three packages sent for one order and only one tracking number. One parcel arrived. Pens were dried out. I have emailed and emailed. Be Wary!

So far I've made about four purchases and they all came. My first few purchases were in 2017-18 and it took about a month to arrive (Asia to Czech Republic). Now I purchased after a year and the order took only a week to arrive (not sure if shipping conditions changed or I was just lucky).

I don't have any complaints about the conditions about the goods, since I'm buying only washi tapes and stickers. They always came in good shape and nothing was missing.

The price for me personally is not too expensive but not too cheap either, since here in Czech Republic we don't have a wide range of choice when it comes to goods like these... the shipping price to CZ is as high as in any other international online shop, so that wasn't surprising.

Over all my experience is slightly above good, though I wouldn't buy anything pricier or anything that would break. I wouldn't trust that the good will come unharmed.

do NOT purchase from them. they have false advertising and horrible customer service that has ignored me when i’ve pointed out errors in their advertising. i ended up paying more than i should have and they didn’t help at all.
