Nothing bad to say about the S3000PRO. I love them, phenomenal sound! Problem with this company is the customer support, or rather completely lack thereof. I dropped one of the speakers and broke the tweeter. I contacted Edifier which basically told me there is nothing they can do, since the warranty expired. I wanted to buy a tweeter, they would not sell me one. I tried to get the specs to buy something similar, they also would not give it to me. Their answer is: though luck, but we will give you a 20% discount if you buy a new pair at full price. Seriously? So if you buy a pair and have an issue after the warranty period, please note that you are alone with no solution than to throw the speakers away (or sell the spare parts, there should be a high demand)...

3 anni fa comprato un paio di casse Edifier S3000 pro, una ha smesso di funzionare. Contattata l’assistenza clienti mi hanno risposto che non sono più prodotte e non possono essere riparate in quanto non hanno i pezzi di ricambio.
Da notare che sono tutt’ora in vendita su Amazon !

This is the issue. They don’t respond to any queries around warranty, returns or refunds. You just need to be aware you take full responsibility if it doesn’t work.
If you do buy one, make sure it’s via a retailer who can help you. Don’t go direct.
Hit and miss
I've had the following Edifier products over the years with the following experience:
- S2000 pro speakers (around 7 years, very happy for TV speakers)
- R1280DB speakers (sent them back after ordering - crappy sound quality, crappy hardware quality, lots of hissing)
- W820BT headphones (very poor quality "fake leather" that peels very quickly from ear and head pads - stay away)
Finally, the speakers I was looking for.
I was going to give the R1280T studio speakers a couple of weeks to see how good they were. It's only been two days and I couldn't be happier. I can hear the rivets rattling in the cymbals in jazz and the bass is penetrating when rock is cranked up. Give your old $70.00 speakers to someone you don't like and get these ones for yourself.

I advise against Edifier if you need bluetooth. I bought an 'Edifier R1280DB 42W Powered Bookshelf Speaker System with Bluetooth' - but the bluetooth barely qualifies as such. It cannot auto-reconnect, so if you use it with a mobile you have to manually reconnect every time you go out of the quite small range. 2 - 3 times a month it won't manually reconnect and I have to pair it again, which also often doesn't work the first time.
I've just had my edifier headphones delivered from amazon. They are terrible the sound is very low and quality not good I've bought them before and they was good.my model number is W800BT SE
I'll be honest the volume level is so low and quality sound is not there.ive had headphones from you a few years ago that was fantastic in every way .but I'm so disappointed.

Do not buy from the Edifier website!
I purchased a D12 speaker via the Edifier Australia online store. It ended up being a defective item, with poor quality sound and no discernible change in treble on the speaker. The customer service was poor, they refused to acknowledge my issue and provide a reasonable solution. I am stuck with a poor quality, defective product. They refused to assist and would not accept a return, due to being just outside the 30-day return period. Even under the useless warranty, they wouldn't assist. Avoid dealing with this company. Do not buy from their website.

Non-existent customer service
I don't know what happened to Edifier's customer service. After reading the reviews on here it was all 5-stars until 2021 or so, then they sunk to the bottom like a rock, and now I know why. I bought a pair of speakers from them maybe 3 years ago, and suddenly the right speaker just stopped working. I've tried everything I can do, nothing. I've contacted Edifier customer support every single day for 4 days now, and not a single response other than an automated email that gives me a transcript of what I wrote. What a big help. On their website they offer no other way to contact them. No phone number, no address, no nothing. Just a Zendesk-powered bot that promises you an agent will get back to you within 24 hours. I really loved these speakers, the best I ever had, but now I have no choice but to throw them away and shop for new ones. You can be sure I won't be buying Edifiers which makes me really unhappy because they were amazing speakers for an amazing price.

Enceintes bluetooth MS50A avec sifflement de l'alimentation, ils me donnent un autre exemplaire qui contient toujours le problème (audible à plus d'un mètre), mais refusent un remboursement. j'imagine qu'elles sont toutes concernés... la qualité audio est par contre très bonne pour le prix, mais dans ce monde il faut toujours qu'il y est un truc qui gâche tout.

Das Verbindungskabel sollte 5 m lang sein , ist aber tatsächlich nur drei Meter lang.

Was ist das Bitteschön für ein Unterschied??
Katzenhaare waren im Paket, habe eine Katzenhaarallergie,.
An der rechten Frontblende sind zwei kleine Löcher.
Fernbedienung total verschmiert.
Selbst bei anderen Anbietern sind die Maße der Boxen falsch.
Ich verstehe auch die Bewertungen nicht.. sind die alle gekauft oder warum schreibt da keiner was über die falschen Maße??

Customer service from Edifier on REVERB is a joke. They say they are going to do something and never follow thru. Went back and forth with some joker at Edifier (On Reverb)
in April/May 2024 and was nearly forced to do a charge back on my Credit Card, something I only do as a Last Resort. After a week, they FINALLY did what they promised to do. Meanwhile, lots of headaches on my end for having to deal with Edifier customer service people that don’t care about their customers! AVOID!!!
Don't Buy Edifier Pro Neobuds,
I purchased these edifier pro neobuds on Amazon in December 2021, I recently noticed the volume had dropped considerably to the point where I could not hear the music from the buds for the outside noise that overwhelmed the music, for a period of time I thought the problem was with my iphone with some kind of safety feature due to the usage they received, eventually I was aware the problem was with the neobuds themselves. I contacted Edifier regarding this and after doing a series of checks they asked me to do they concluded that “there may be something wrong with the hardware of the earbuds. However, as the warranty has been over, we are sorry that we cannot replace it for you. And the repair for the earbuds is not available currently. Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you” £109 I paid for these earbuds and this is the response I get, be aware of buying this product it's just a piece of Junk that probably will not last as long as you expect it to
