Renting the wireless equipment was incredibly easy, and connecting to their network was seamless. Returning it was just as convenient — they provided a self-addressed envelope, so all I had to do was drop it off in the mailbox right outside a nearby convenience store. I loved the whole experience!

The connection was excellent throughout my two-week trip to Japan, and I was able to stay connected and communicate with my family without any issues. I would definitely use their service again!

I used Japan Wireless pocket Wifi for almost three weeks, with multiple devices connected between three people. Pick-up was relatively easy at Haneda airport. I did not realize on booking that there is no drop-off location, but that we have to drop the device in the post to return it. It was a simple process and they give you lots of reminders to do it before the security gates at Haneda, but I would have preferred not to have to carry an envelope around for the duration of our trip and I also like to have a receipt of return before I leave. Still, I received an email acknowledging return within a day.
I found the device itself simple to setup and use, and it was reliable in the locations we traveled (Tokyo, Kyoto, Kanazawa). I appreciated the power bank provided--I rarely needed it for the portable wifi, but it also worked for my phone. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Japan, especially if you have multiple devices!

I updated the delivery address as our hotel changed and they confirmed the new address. However they sent the wifi box to the original address and I wasted an afternoon going to retireve it. For this major inconvenience they refunded me one day of rental $7!!!!!

Japan wireless was very easy to arrange. Communication was great. We arranged for it to be delivered to our hotel and it was there when we arrived. Very easy to set up and great signal while we were there. The return was also easy. They sent easy to follow instructions and I received notification the next day that it had been returned. Great service

Second time of using pocket wi fi from Japan Wireless. Cannot recommend highly enough. Easy to prepay and sort from home. Device waiting in hotel on arrival, easy to return. Simple to use on multiple devices. Great speed and always worked. Good communication, via e-mail, at all times. 10 out of 10.

On holiday in Japan from the UK with my three adult daughters, the Japan Wireless device was excellent throughout our stay and very reasonably priced compared to other options, since the device covered all of our phones for the entire trip. The admin aspects were of course superbly efficient: when we arrived in the UK, having posted our device at the airport, a receipt and thankyou email were already waiting for me.

Affordable and reliable WiFi for three of us during our travels around Japan. Charge lasted all day and included battery worked great when we forgot to charge device overnight. Airport pick up and drop off was super convenient. We lost an adapter and customer service helped resolve the situation very promptly. Would definitely use this company again for pocket WiFi in the future.

Very handy since we needed internet to move through Japan. They work well only loosing signals only in undergrounds when taking trains sometimes as usual with any wireless devices.

This portable wifi was 100% worth the price!! If you have an unpayed off IPhone and can’t get an E-sim this works wonderfully!

I charged it at night and it would last all day even when on the entire time. It never lost connection even when I was in Hakone and and Enoshima. Very simple to use and you can use it for multiple devices at once! Saved my data usage and allowed me to not worry about being dumped down to 2G.
