Voorheen nooit een probleem gehad met dit bedrijf maar bij de laatste bestelling zat een verkeerd item. Meteen gemaild en heel snel reactie dat mijn bestelling onderweg was, helaas was dat niet het probleem 🙄. (Ik had een ring ipv een armbandset ontvangen) Daarna nog 2x gemaild maar geen reactie meer gekregen. Slechte (oftewel geen) communicatie.

Il pacco è effettivamente arrivato, con un ritardo di quasi 2 mesi.
Non servendomi più ho mandato QUATTRO mail di richiesta di reso e rimborso senza ottenere risposta.
Funziona solo lasciare una recensione negativa su un sito come questi per essere considerati.

Habe die Ware nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich dann eine Trecking Nummer, nur um festzustellen das der Packetzusteller es wieder zurück geschickt hat. Habe mehrmals versucht mit der Firma Kontakt aufzunehmen, leider ohne Erfolg.

Dopo 1 mese e mezzo ancora nulla: il servizio clienti è sparito esattamente il giorno che avevamo concordato come limite per ricevere l'ordine o chiedere il rimborso.
Aggiornamento: dopo la ricezione dell'ordine (24/1) ho già mandato 3 mail con una richiesta di rimborso visto che sono passati più di 30 giorni dal mio ordine e la data che mi avevano fornito come termine consegna (19.1) non è stata rispettata.
Non ho ancora ricevuto risposta.
Purtroppo devo confermare la scarsità del servizio ricevuto perché mi sembra di rincorrere un servizio clienti che risponde a 1 mail su 5

Nice company just takes longer than expected to arrive
Ordered a package over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I got an email saying the order was received and shipped shortly after ordering but since then haven’t heard anything. I emailed the support team and they got back to me within a few days and we’re very understanding and detailed in their response. If the packages arrives and is everything it looks to be I’ll change my review to be higher and just recommend you expect a long shipping period if you’re outside of Europe as they’re a smaller business and must deal with customs and such.
Update: package received and the product is beautiful just expect a wait unless you live in the country the company is based in.

NIET BESTELLEN!
NIET BESTELLEN!! Ziet er leuk uit en beloven veel. Zoals de meeste op deze site had ik hetzelfde. Di 4 jan besteld. Vrij 7 jan zelf maar gemaild omdat ik niks had ontvangen of gehoord. Kreeg gelijk een mail im het Engels dat 1 vd armbanden was uitverkocht, kon een andere kiezen, dat was allemaal op voorraad en ze gingen het regelen. Dit was rond 14.00 uur. Maandag nog steeds niks omtvangen of gehoord. Weer gemaild op di 11 jan en tot op heden nog geen kik. Super slecht!!! Gelukkig had ik t via klarna gedaan omdat ik de zaak niet kon. Blij ook, denk dat mijn geld niet meer had gezien... En Isla Ida, als jullie hierop reageren, ga weg met je excuses, nee ik neem niet nogmaals contact, nee ik hoef die armbanden niet meer. Heb nu al ergens anders bestelt. Leer eerst maar eens van jullie slechte reviews!

The service is awful. I have been waited my order for over 3 months.
First, no email was sent with information and trucking number
order #1019561001-A. Then the order stuck at custom for over a month and finally the order details that sender gave was given wrong.
The result.. order was returned!
Disappointed.
