Worth The Wait ❤️
While my order did take a couple days beyond the previously communicated 7-10 days, I knew that was to be expected with an overseas order—given the current supply chain challenges.
But when they got here, I was very please. The bracelets were well made, and for those complaining about the waxiness—it’s because they are waterproof.
The crystals were very pretty, and above all, two more trees will be planted as a result—the MOST important part.
Additionally, when I emailed to check on my order, I received a very prompt response with a tracking link, along with an additional follow up to check in.
Overall I highly recommend Isla Ida.

Super slechte klantenservice! Ik heb 2 armbandjes besteld en ik kreeg iets totaal anders opgestuurd. 3 keer gemaild maar geen reactie. Ook hebben ze geen telefoonnummer waar ze op te bereiken zijn. Ik zou super graag de armband krijgen die ik WEL heb besteld. Ik ga hier nooit meer bestellen!

Waxed piece of plastic
Tracking was not accurate whatsoever - the package I received took about a month to get to my house.
Inside you find a cotton bag with your jewelry. Cute, right? If the bracelets were not so poor quality. Some were waxed af, Others just weirdly firm. The threads are all plastic, so definitely won’t be comfortable. The “adjustable” straps? Was not capable of moving them a bit - making them even more useless. They also have these little charms on them with wave/tree design.. better piece of plastic you could get on AliExpress.
What a shame. They also do not reply to emails about returns, so wasted my money for nothing.

Amazing, shipping problem
I have purchased from Isla Ida multiple times and I absolutely love their jewelry and projects.
The last time I ordered something, they had a shipping problem and I had to wait for that to get fixed. That took a long time and even then, I had to reach out to them and ask about my order. By then, 3 out of the 4 items I wanted to order were sold out, but I got to pick replacements. The shipping then was very quick.
So, even though I had to reach out, Isla Ida has good service and they are always friendly. I have received my order and am totally happy, the jewelry is just beautiful and you can wear it everyday.

I've ordered 2 bracelets on 24th of March and it took almost 5 weeks until I finally received it yesterday. And I need to say that there is such a nice customer service from Isla Ida! Those guys helped me to stay patiently, looked after my order and helped me to get information where it stucked. thank you so much! I definitely recommend Isla Ida! Be very careful: they don't deliver the product, stop replying emails and IG messages and not even reply emails requesting the refund. I feel really sad and disappointed...And no money back.
On IG I could find more people on the same situation.
They just don't care...Sad...

Ordered them around 1/31 and didn't receive package until 3/14 which was almost 6 wks. When I emailed ISLA, their quick response made me satisfied- Her name is Rare ( well done Rare :))))
My package missed since PostalNL didn't update postal system but Rare help to look for/investigate that missing. Finally I got it at the 3/28 & love it.
Even though package took so long to get, it totally worth for such long waiting ! Thx so much u all ISLA !
