Mi experiencia deplorable y en mi caso nada recomendable te ningunean por tal de no dar 200€ de la promoción que tenían son unos rateros ni siquiera remuneran las cuentas no aportan absolutamente nada en cuanto pueda les cancelo las cuentas hacer honor a su nombre CATALANES adiós muy buenas

I was trying to open an Imagin Bank account for a few months without any luck. For a while, the application stopped before "generating contracts" and got stuck there. I had access to the application, but could not open an account.
Recently I tried again - the application went to the end, doing an online interview, etc., but I received an email, "Your information cannot be verified at this time, try later". Tried again multiple times with the same result, and they do not give me any information about what exactly cannot be verified. Went to the Caixa bank branch - a representative tried to help me, but the result was the same. He suggested calling Imagin Bank phone support.
Well, yesterday I called 3 times - ALL 3 calls were dropped in the middle of the conversation (it was probably too close to the end of their shift).
Called today, and the representative told me to make screenshots and email them to the bank (I did that twice a few months ago without any response or result).
I explained that to him, and his answer was literally: "It is what it is, and I cannot help you, goodbye".

Please open an Imagin Bank account if you would like to be treated as a nuisance. My impression of their customer support - they are absolutely not caring, not qualified, not knowledgeable people the only goal they have is to get rid of you as fast as possible.

A mi me va muy bien con ellos y con su app.

As an expat, I would not recommend.
I set up the account 31/01. At the time I did not have my NIE. On the 17/02 I sent my NIE via email as evidence that I was now a Spanish resident. I never received a response.
On the 31st of May I was charged €25 which was a “non-resident” charge for a background check.
When I called to question the charge on multiple occasions I was told the following by four different people:
Person A) all non Spanish people pay the fee, regardless of resident status.
Person B) My NIE was never applied to account therefore the charge should not have been made and I was allowed a refund.
Person C) This fee is only exempt if you show your NIE at the time of opening the account, not afterwards.
Person D) The only way to provide the NIE is in person at the branch not via email.

If the consultant had firstly explained that there would be a fee if I did not provide the NIE on the spot I would have understood.
If the consultant had answered my email and explained that I needed to attend the branch to upload the NIE then I would have done so.

As I have to close the account, I will never see that money again. Working for €9 an hour in Spain means I worked 3 hours for nothing. This could have been rectified if the consultant had just responded to my email saying that this needed to be shown in person.

In comparison. With Santander, it was the first account I opened upon arrival on the 4th of January. Then I provided my NIE via email on the 17th which was then accepted by the consultant.

As an expat, if you don’t know something, you rely on the staff to provide you with correct information.
I am out €25 for nothing and not one of the four people have been able to explain to me the reason for the fee or an apology for the inconvenience. I look like an idiot to these people, when in fact, if someone had responded to me question correctly this review would not have been written.

It was great that every person spoke English to help me, it’s just a shame, not one person actually knows why I was charged the fee or how to reverse it.

Para opinar hay que poner una estrella si no pondría cero deprimentes cuadriculada ineficiente solo te hacen la venta lo demás es pasar de ti, atención deficiente Wivai Selectplace, S.A.U..

lo peor horroroso, peor experiencia con un banco

I called them 19:55 because they made a mistake with my data, i wanted to change. The agent 19:59 just hang on me the phone. I understand they are working until 20:00 but if she say me okay we are closing please call us one another time, i understand. But like this for she is acting like she is trying to help one moment and after pput me down the phone unacceptable...

I would not recommend Imagin to anyone. Extremely poor customer service, overall poor customer experience and continuous issues encountered. Nightmare!

Me llaman por teléfono para una oferta comercial cuando negué el consentimiento de actividades comerciales en la aplicación.

Awful service, super rude. Apparently caixa and imagin are not working together anymore. I cant transfer money outside spain all of a sudden. They are not willing to change my settings. I called imagin a couple of times, even 1 person hung op on me.

Me causa gracia que llamo a imagin para ver porque dice que tengo una nómina domiciliada y me dan el número de un tal Fernando Pérez para que me solucione el problema, lo llamo y me dice que tengo que llamar es a imagin y me dice que si tengo un problema con mi cuenta ellos son los que me lo tienen que solucionar, que el es de caixa y que no entiende porque lo llamo a él, y pues así me tienen, creo que a la final cerraré esa cuenta de imagin ya que nunca he domiciliadlo ninguna nómina y no me solucionan el problema.

la aplicación de Imagin es de las peores que he visto. no hace más que dar errores, y da muchos problemas a la hora de autorizar compras, aunque sean de pequeño importe. En cuanto me sea posible cerraré mi cuenta con ellos (de hecho CaixaBank me obligó a pasarme a ImaginBank, y desde entonces todo va de mal en peor).

Es una vergüenza, cosas que fallan en bucle lo menos un año y luego te dicen que sí, eso suele pasar, pero no lo arreglan, por no hablar de cuando falla la app y la versión web, no te deja acceder de ninguna forma a tu cuenta online sin motivo alguno ni indica por qué, imagínate estar en tu visita semanal a tu psicólogo que le pagas al final de la sesión por bizum mediante la app de la caixa y que de fallo de acceso a la cuenta tanto en la app como por navegador y no puedas pagarle...una vergüenza.

The Imagin App is the worst online banking app I have ever used. I also use Monzo and Revolut so I understand how a good banking app should be and Imagin is NOT it.

The "Help Bot" is literally just a useless robot on repeat with the same advice for anything and Customer Service is just as bad.

La Caixa are trying to be "trendy" and "up to date" by having this online app but they have no idea how to actually create something that is technologically advanced. You still need to go into your physical branch if you want to do anything remotely "complex" like change your phone number.

I've been trying to change my number for the last 3 weeks to access my online account. I currently live 4000km away and the only solution they have given me is to "pop-in" to the local branch...there is none. Even if I was stupid enough to think this is the only solution, I cannot even buy my flights back to Spain because I cannot authorise any online payments because I cannot access my account!!!!

If you want to use an online bank then go for the more established ones like Monzo, Revolut, or N26. Don't waste your time with this.

todo va bien hasta que tienes un problema. has de acudir a oficina de la caixa. te tratan como usuario de segunda , te ningunean y te dicen ya le llamaremos. una ****. y visa tampoco responde. ****

Hace poco me retuvieron mi sueldo 15dias cuando me aseguraron que tardaría 2y nadie me supo explicar el porqué,ahora me paso con una transferencia y hasta con un bizum,a mi amiga le pone pendiente y no me yega,no hay manera de que te atiendan telefónicamente y tengo que faltar ami trabajo para solucionar algo que no me solucionan

From signing up to performing simple tasks, this app is bare bones of what a banking app should be able to do. The sign up process was so buggy that to even find the right buttons to click and proceed was hard to do. Then after finally opening an account, I needed to get an official bank statement for documentation in Spain.... to realize the app can't even provide that. You have to go to a Caixa bank in person, which the app claims to say that you can perform all bank operations from the comfort of the app alone.

Pésimo servicio . Abrí la cuenta de mi hija el 26 de mayo hoy 6 de julio aún sigue sin llegarle la tarjeta. Son unos impresentables. Llamas y dan miles de excusas

Got scammed by a digital company,only for 94 euros,but a bank is supposed to protect you,I will take the matter as high as it can go,Ivan at camposol branch thinks he is above the law and protected by a rubbish bank,no replys no assistance,I'm paying your wages and being treated like sh#t,get your act together,I feel that the bank are predudice towards the British people,not a problem,but just have my 35 thousand in cash because I don't feel safe with la caixa anymore
