excellent filters

Prompt delivery. Clear instructions. Works great.

I was replacing an undercounter ice maker when I purchased this. The fittings for the change over were a littile off but was easly fixed with a dishwasher reducer. The only problem I had was understanding the instructions in removing the inlet plug, You have to undo it like a shark bite.

The filters were exactly what i needed. Would have liked to been able to track the package though because shipping took several days to deliver.

Had missing parts. They did ship them and received them over two weeks later.

Machine is good, worth the price but not the same as a much more expensive unit.

I received a text telling me that you were aware that i did not receive the right water filters and that you were going to re-emburst me for my purchase and send me the correct filters. I went to the site that you sent me in a link and it was not a legitimate site. A message alerted me that it could have been sent from a number that no longer exists.

Awesome filters and awesome people to deal with. had issues with odor in the well water at the end of the summer installed a whole house filter and used their best filters CTO10BB-KDF. worked unbelievable. odor was gone and water perfect. i ordered more and one was cracked at the base. Aurora helped me after i had sent an message to the company. issue was resolved very quickly. i'll be using their filters for ever

I purchased the ice machine with the built-in filter and drain pump. Most of these ice machines use the same technology and hardware for the ice making, so it's the other features that make the difference, like the filter and drain pump. I've had these types of ice machines for the past 25 years, at least, so I can compare reasonably intelligently. This is a very nice machine, and mine is now working beautifully (for the past several days). However, the manufacturer (which I doubt is Icepure) has some issues in their process. I received a machine, installed it, and started operating. It was working quite well, then stopped after maybe 5 cycles. I discovered that the small magnet that's installed in the flapper that works the bin full sensor was missing, so it always thought the bin was full. I found it and the plug that is supposed to hold it in place laying at the bottom of the ice bin, reinstalled it and the machine immediately started operating. Unfortunately, I also discovered that the drain pump, or perhaps the trip switch, was not operating, so the machine started leaking all over the place. Customer support (Aurora) was very responsive (Understand they are many time zones away from the US), and quickly arranged to send me a replacement machine. The new machine arrived, but before I installed it, I checked it thoroughly. The very same magnet and plug were missing from this machine as well! Again, I found them in the machine, in the drain hole, and reinstalled them. I also found that the drain hole was covered up by the expanding foam insulation used to insulate the ice bin area. Interestingly, if this had not been the case, the magnet and plug would have gone down the drain during shipping, and I never would have found them. Anyway, I carefully cut away the excess foam and removed it from the drain, installed the machine, and it seems to be working perfectly. My point is that while they do seem to have some quality control or inspection issues, they do make a nice machine, and customer service is responsive. Thank you Aurora.
