Reliable product, easy to install at a very competitive price

We learned PFAS is in our area, and I wanted to ensure we had a filter for that. Iris responded to my question about the filter I’ve been using and recommended the best filter for my fridge. She also followed up to ensure the new one was delivered. I’m so thankful for the great customer service.

Shipping was terrible. It took over 3 weeks to get my order. Emailed 2 times to get status of order with no response.

Had a problem in that I could not use the filters.
Iris took care of it in a very professional and expedient manner!

This company seems sketchy at best ! Once you receive the product , you will find no contact information for service ! No phone number to call and no website ! There is no service department and no customer care !
I do not recommend this company or product as my ice machine worked for 3 days and quit working !

We received our filters earlier than expected. We are happy with our purchase.

Parts arrived on or before due date in fine condition. Customer service provided a very clear video on how to install them.

This product is great! No issues with function unlike the ICEMAN we previous owned and returned.

I've had problems with getting my order delivered. But it wasn't their fault. They were very responsive to my emails, and replaced the original order, that had been lost. Unfortunately, when I did get the product, it did not fix my problem with my water filter in the refrigerator. But, in the end, they refunded my purchase because of all the problems.

The only Filter that fits our refrigerator. And they are cheaper than the ones available at our home improvement store. Communication that filters had shipped could be improved upon.

I expected the product to arrive like after a week or two… was less then 48 hours later. Was amazing. The machine works great, i definitely use the ice maker / crusher more then just getting water but then the ice cold water thats always available. I definitely drink way more water now that ever before which is what i needed.

I contacted customer service about my filter that was sent cracked and they sent the refund with no problems! Few questions, quick response and very well handled thank you Aurora for your great help in making the process easy as possible!

I purchased a four-pack of ICEPURE water filters for a GE refrigerator from Amazon. The filters arrived the following day and the packaging was perfect. Upon inspection, however, there was a minor issue with one of the O-rings on one of the filters which may or may not have presented a problem. Either way, I did not want to take a chance with a water leak.

I sent an email and photographs to ICEPURE customer support at the address indicated on the packaging and received a response from Aurora at ICEPURE within 12 hours. I initially asked that a replacement O-ring be sent but I also understood that, logistically, that might not be possible. In the first response, Aurora offered to refund the cost of one filter in the four-pack. I accepted the offer and the refund was posted to my account the following day.

Additionally, the filters are of high quality with perfect fitment and a great seal.

The customer support offered by ICEPURE Filters is simply outstanding. Thank you, Aurora!

The ice from the machine is very good, and I like the hot water for making coffee in the mornings. The customer service is very friendly. It's a good quality machine. Highly recommended.

I purchased the ICEPURE 5-in-1 Bottom Loading Water Dispenser with Ice Maker in May 2025 and I love it. I have had a different brand in the past and the ICEPURE is by far my favorite. The customer service is great, kind and very responsive. You can’t go wrong with this machine.

Great price and fair shipping time same as lg filter shipped by manufacturer

Aurora was so very helpful in solving my problem with a broken collet.
I have Icepure filters in all my six sunks in our new home. As a retired Civil and Environmental Engineer I believe their product is the best for cost and ease of installation.
