I would order from this company again. I purchased from the Ice Pure filters website. The filter keys I ordered from my Samsung water filter arrived exactly as ordered within 7-10 days. I placed the same order twice. I contacted them by email, and was able to return one of the orders, and received a full credit card credit within a few weeks.

I would order from this company again.

Great product, fast delivery

The icemaker works well and makes good ice. It is a bit disappointing that you cannot flip a switch to stop the icemaking but keep the existing ice from melting. I had to rig a piece inside of it to make that work. Otherwise, it is constantly running and is too loud for residential use.

Initially it worked great but after just 3 months the water is getting bad again. I’m disappointed in the longevity of the filters vs the cost of filters .

Easy to install ! Great product.

The product didn’t work so I packaged it up along with my invoice and all necessary paperwork, including proof of purchase I I paid eight dollars to ship it back and waited for my $16 credit back to my account and never received it. It’s been over a month. Not good business in my opinion.

I was very hopeful that this product will fix the filter alignment, it did not! We followed the instructions and the filter head did not turn at all. I would not recommend.

I was shipped 2 instead of 3 frig filters. Someone had obviously pinched the third one. Emailed customer service, and they gave me several options.
Additional filters were sent, received, and I am a very happy customer who will continue to order again in the future! Wonderful company !

I am on my third filter in one year. I have well water and the icepure filter clogs within 4 months. We have a prefilter before our water goes to our water softener and we also have a rust remover tank with our water softener. The filter doesnt last no where near as long as advertised.

Nothing went wrong. It was obviously not the issue I'm dealing with, so I have no experience to recount.

I liked getting a four pack of my ice purifier, and it arrived in a timely manner.

I bought two filters from ICEPURE and it was very easy to buy, good price and I received the filters right away! And the filters were wrapped in paper, not plastics.
