Really good experience
Really good experience, Vicky was very responsive throughout, the survey was done quickly and returned on the date promised. The survey was incredibly thorough and comprehensive, brought up lots of things for us to think about. Was also competitively priced. Would certainly use Torus again!

An excellent service
Torus provided us with an excellent service. Really efficient making arrangements. Our survey was completed quickly and was extremely comprehensive. Great value compared with others too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience with Torus from start to finish.
Vicky in the office was very helpful from the outset, explaining the different types of surveys and recommending the most appropriate type for the property we’re hoping to purchase. Same day responses to emails and calls were very much appreciated, which was in stark contrast to a few of the bigger companies locally and nationally, some of which never even replied to our initial requests for quotes.
Rob called us on the day of the survey to explain his key findings, making things easy to understand. Then a comprehensive report was delivered on time a few days afterwards.
All done for a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend.

Detailed and efficient survey
I was really impressed by the efficient service. The team were friendly and helpful over the phone and email. Feedback from the survey was given back on the day it was conducted. We could then consider work that would need to be dealt with quickly. Our detailed home buyers report was also issued promptly. Thank you 😊
