Torus Surveyors Anmeldelser

From first POC, through to booking the survey, and thereafter to the Surveyors phone call and subsequent written report, the process was completed seamlessly, timely & professionally.
A professional, friendly and confidence inducing experience, thank you.

Great experience. Got a level 3 survey, had the outcome explained over the phone to me which was much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service thank you

Really pleased with the results and the report - reasonable price too :)

Very helpful & got back in touch straight away thank you

Full structural survey which highlighted areas of concern . Surveyor gave me his mobile and was happy to chat through findings and recommendations.
Money well spent

Excellent service

Torus were very competively charged and the report was very in depth. Andrew Johnson was the surveyor and he called me after the visit to discuss the report. He was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Brilliant service from Torus. Plenty of communication all handled professionally and politely. A courtesy call was provided on the day of the survey, which was hugely welcomed as this is a big milestone in any purchase. The report was received the following day and very thorough. Our vendor even commented on how lovely the survey team were. Highly recommend!

The survey was conducted to great satisfaction outlining any issues in detail and creating awareness of potential problems that may arise if not addressed.

Great communication throughout the process. A comprehensive and informative Survey.
Highly recommended.

Very friendly, communicative staff. Super organised and there to support your needs. No issues and everything went smoothly!

They are helpful and workout very professional.

Great service! Easy to deal with, thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Thank you torus surveyors for doing a great job for such a reasonable price.
You have pointed out everything that needs to be done on the property we are buying and we are very grateful.

Easy to deal with. Very thorough explanations.

I had an excellent experience with this surveyor company and would highly recommend their services.

Due to my personal circumstances, I needed my property valuation report returned much sooner than the usual timeframe. From the moment I contacted the office, Helena was incredibly helpful, understanding, warm, polite, and proactive in doing everything she could to help speed up the process. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to listen. Despite my request being outside the normal timeframe, she never made me feel like I was being a nuisance or that she was trying to brush me off. Instead, she took the time to understand my situation and genuinely tried her best to help. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I truly appreciated the effort she made to accommodate my request.

I would also like to thank Carl, the surveyor, for his professionalism, efficiency, and prompt turnaround of the valuation report. The report was completed much quicker than I expected, without compromising on quality or professionalism.

The level of customer service I received from both Helena and Carl was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time, and I am extremely grateful for their support and dedication.

Thank you again for such a professional and efficient service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring surveying or valuation services.

Keep up with the good work :D
