I used them for a RICS Help to Buy valuation and the service was excellent. Very professional throughout, great communication, and the valuation report was clear and detailed. The turnaround was particularly quick which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

I have recently had a Level 3 RICS survey undertaken by this company, Torus surveyors, on an old cottage. The surveyor was Carl Walker. From beginning to end of my communications with the company, I have received outstanding customer service. The office staff should be commended for their support, patience and attention, going beyond my expectations.
Carl was thorough and accommodating and his report was easy to interpret. He was willing to discuss further various queries I raised and his knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

We used Torus to complete a Level 2 Home Survey and were really pleased with the whole experience. Vicky was fantastic at arranging the survey and keeping in touch with us via email — communication was clear and friendly throughout. After the survey, the gentleman who carried it out kindly gave us a verbal update, which was really helpful while waiting for the report. The final report arrived within a week, and we were very happy with the detail provided.
Overall, we’re really happy with the service — it made the process of moving home that little bit less stressful thanks to the excellent communication and professionalism from everyone involved.

Torus Surveyors have been one of the most professional company’s I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Obtaining a survey on a property with cladding in order to pay back a help to buy loan has been incredibly difficult , most frustrating and often stressful, however the Customer Service received from Vicky and Helena was exemplary, their advice and guidance was extremely helpful, timely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The survey carried out by surveyor Andy Johnson, couldn’t have gone any smoother. From arrival at the property to producing the report Andy was professional, clear in his explanations and had complete understanding in the requirements. Thank you to Vicky, Helena and Andy for fabulous service throughout this process. I would definitely be happy to use Torus again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Surveyor rang me after the survey before typing up the report to explain his findings. This was incredibly useful, adding meaningful context when reading the report. The report itself was thorough and included helpful photos to illustrate the findings.
