We recently had a Level 3 with Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors at a property we are buying in Highgate. The property is in poor condition. Neil found almost 70k estimated defects. We have just renegotiated on 50% of this so we are very pleased. Just a note that the drone survey of the roof and chimney stack was worth it. This was the bulk of the 70k with a new roof and two new chimney stacks needed. The report was super detailed and communication with Neil excellent. Best survey we have ever had so much so we have recommended to a friend of ours. Thanks we are very pleased.

Refreshing to find a company these days where you speak with the person doing to work. Neil and Dunham's were excellent. Neil is very experienced and knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Process was easy, filla form, pay the invoice then booked survey. Neil called before the survey and afterwards. The report was detailed and we opted for a Level 3 with a Drone. What we found were issues with roof, minor damp, new boiler needed and few other issues. We managed to negotiate 16500 off our original offer. A credit to his profession and to RICS. Very pleased

While they are a small company this doesn't detract from the fact that the communication, advice and quality of the report was top drawer. We discovered issues about the house we were well aware and managed to negotiate £9500 off the original offer. Definitely worth the money we spent. The report was very detailed but easy to follow. We saved £37,000 off the property and very pleased.
