Ebony was very helpful in making sure I ordered the right filter. The order & delivery went smoothly. The filter has not been fitted yet so not able to give 5 * until it has been fitted successfully.
Nick Taylor at Hotspot was at hand to assist with the ordering and fitting of our replacement filter cartridge! We also had a problem with our water flow and Nick yet again was super helpful in su... Vis mer

Hotspot Titanium Tap
I needed a new filter and advise on how to fit it as well as another query. Scott gave me a call on Thursday and answered all my questions and by the following Monday I had my new filter as well as another call from Scott to make sure I was OK to install it.(which did end up being as easy as he said it would be) I am very grateful for his help and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this company and their products!!!

Would never go back to a kettle!
This is a great product! We have just had it installed in our new offices. As an office fit out company we know all to well how messy and how slow boiling kettles are in offices. The design is great and the water comes out boiling, which can't be said for all 'boiling taps'. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our HotSpot tap has changed our lives.
We decided on a HotSpot Titanium tap for our new kitchen 1 year ago and I must say it has changed our lives. For cups of tea or coffee it is so convenient producing instant boiling water. We have not used a kettle since having the HotSpot. Also to have boiling water on tap it speeds the cooking process and must save money.
It is good looking tap providing boiling water, as well hot and cold water.

The hotspot tap is one of the best and most reliable
The hotspot tap is one of the best quality I have come across, the install is very simple and neat. I still have a tidy cupboard space under the sink after the install. Service from Hotspot titanium is very responsive and efficient.
I would highly recommend the product and buying from this company.

Good system
Good system, especially in this time of quarantine. It saves a lot of noise and waiting time from an electric kettle. The advantage of the hotspot are the ergonomics. Easy to handle compared to other systems.
