To get the money back
Updates for those who suffered from the liquidation of the company: Finally I got an reply from Royden saying the company is into liquidation on Nov 22. A contact of a company named Parkin S Booth Ltd was provided they're handling the company's liquidation process. So with my brief research there're a few things we can do to get back our money: 1. if you paid by visa or master card, ask your bank to file a "chargeback". 2. Section 75 of the consumer credit act: it's part of the law, I was told if chargeback doesn't work out, probably this is what to go for next. 3. Contact Parkin S Booth Ltd: I've actually done that as well, and they replied that they've put my name on the list of "potential creditors". However, the email also mentioned at this stage they "have not been formally appointed". Hope the information helps.

The company has gone in to liquidation
The company has gone in to liquidation. Everyone must request an update from the liquidators and there will be a form to fill out to lodge a claim for your money. This will mean the directors are held to account.

I am feeling rather abused. If they have gone under they will have known before they took our very hard earned money.
Wednesday 6 November:
Called and spoke to very chirpy friendly male member of staff with a soft Liverpudlian accent
He said their order cut off was noon but he would call and pull some strings as their rep liked him and it would be fine
The order was due to them on Wednesday - they would then send on a pallet
He went into a lot of detail explaining why it is £50 for delivery and that was discounted by them etc
I went on to the website and paid
Trust pilot had extremely strong reviews
Wednesday 13 November:
I emailed a chase up on Wednesday but no response
Friday 15 November:
I called lots on Friday as their phone number was engaged. I called their 'number 1' and 'number 2' options
Saturday 16 November:
I went on line and their website has a website "undergoing maintenance - checkout is disabled" message
I noticed on Trustpilot there were other people having the same issues

I called again today. I called their 'number 1' and 'number 2' options.
Website still has a website "undergoing maintenance - checkout is disabled" message
Looked back at Trustpilot - even until 8 November they were still getting really good reviews
Checked and the money has come out of our account

I ordered a bath 4 weeks ago
I ordered a bath 4 weeks ago. No word on delivery and the website is now down for maintenance - and the phone lines are down too - no matter which option you chose it is dead. No one is answering emails and there is a a cryptic auto reply email about server issues. Shop is apparently closed and I suspect this company has gone under. Very very worried.
Where are you? Haven't received my order, not answering phones or emails
Ordered a Villeroy & Boch cabinet on the 10th September. After an initially promising exchange with Royden who explained the lead times with V&B as opposed to stock being available immediately I went ahead with the order.
I followed up on the 24th October (so 6 weeks in) to ask for an update as I needed to give our fitters an idea of timings and I received a message from Chris saying they had sent me an email 4 weeks previously with an updated delivery date of 6th November. I never received that email and yes I checked my spam folders. But ok, at least I had an update.
It's now the 14th November (over 10 weeks from order date) and I have no idea what's happening. I emailed Chris a week ago to ask whether they knew where my order was, he said he would contact V&B and "come back to me asap". I have heard nothing from anyone since.
Phones are constantly giving the busy tone, I emailed both Chris and Royden to follow up and my emails received an automated message saying they are experiencing some "unplanned server downtime issues".
I've contacted my bank to see if I can get my money recouped. I totally appreciate companies are at the mercy of their suppliers and that lead times can be delayed but to simply go silent leads me to worry that they are either a scam or they have closed down.

Great style bath of 1800x700 that perfectly fits our needs: strong, long, minimum wastage of bath width and the best price together with free delivery made it a no-brainier!
Not reliable
If there was less than 1 star we would have chosen that! Delivery date changed X3 times without informing us. We asked for a refund and they have promised it will be delivered again on 2 days later and a day before the delivery we receive an email saying the item is damaged and we can't have it for another week!
Our project was delayed for 2 weeks and had substantial loss which was not compensated and acted like there was nothing happened.
Don't make it wrong it was just a simple basin only!!!
Do not recommend at all.

An all round excellent experience
Easy to use website, excellent range of quality brands, fast and pain-free delivery, highly responsive service from real people who actually know what they are doing, super pricing - over 20% lower on high quality brassware than where we (very sadly!) had already bought from. And the best of all, when there was a blip it was sorted with no fuss, really quickly. One of those cases of "why can't every company be like this?"

Knowledgeable and experienced staff!
I had ordered a shower tray from Victoria Plumbing but they had given me incorrect information about the delivery time, so I contacted Draw a Bath to see if they'd be able to deliver the same tray sooner as my renovation project was on a time limit. Discussing my bathroom, they made me realise that the tray and kit Victoria Plumbing had sold me was completely wrong and would not work for my circumstances! Unfortunately they didn't have an alternative in stock so I didn't end up buying from them, but I very happily would have. Overall, I was very impressed by their knowledgeable and clearly very experienced advice, and helpful, kind approach.

Great telephone assistance with helpful accurate information. I had no hesitation in placing an order as I felt the company understands the importance of good customer service.
Update
I have been trying to contact the company without success as I never received my order and the estimated delivery time was 3 to 4 weeks but it has been over two months. Now the website and emails say they are having technical issues. The phone lines are blocked and will not connect. Sadly it looks like they have ceased trading. I also see other customers have reported the same.

Strict returns policy!
Ordered product took longer than initially expected but responded well on this. Due to delays with builders starting it didn't become apparent to me (laymen customer) that the item was not suitable until the electrician arrived.
WARNING: This company strictly and enforces its returns policy with no sympathy or understanding for customers circumstances.
ADVICE: If you purchase an item PLEASE make sure you get it checked. I'm now with a >£100 item I can't use!!

I too have run a small business and know just how important customer satisfaction is. You need to try harder to delight your customers and work around the "sounds like a you problem" attitude and find innovative ways with your supply chain to enable this to grow. Good luck !!
