Only issue was a lack of stock and hence a long delay in suppling the filters . Had to chase to get an explanation

Not received order yet (as of 18th October 2024), very poor communication.

Ebony was very helpful in making sure I ordered the right filter. The order & delivery went smoothly. The filter has not been fitted yet so not able to give 5 * until it has been fitted successfully.

I love the hot spot, I don’t use a kettle any more. I also fill my pans with the hot tap, which the vegetables begin to boil immediately.

I’m very cross! I ordered a filter for my boiling tap - approx £100 including delivery. My tap was fitted in 2020 so not old. I could see online that the filter was completely different to the ones I’d had previously but just thought you’d changed the packaging. When it arrived I could see there was a big difference so I contacted your service department. He told me that I should have ordered the one for £150 which came with the new fixtures. There was absolutely no warning on the order form that the filter wouldn’t fit old models.
He said send it back and he’d send the filter and fitting package. What?? Couldn’t he just send me the correct fitting? Apparently not. Well I’m not sending it back and will order a new tap from another manufacturer when this one gives up. NOT impressed at all.

Quick efficient service

Took me months of trawling websites and emails and the purchase of 2 expensive incorrect filters before being told the filter I needed was discontinued.I then had to buy a conversion kit. Unbelievable

After a disastrous experience trying to get a filter through a different company I ordered from Hotspot Titanium and the service was faultless with very speedy delivery and excellent feedback.

We've had our hotspot titanium for around 2 years now. We did have a slight issue about 18 months after installation that was probably caused by our water supply or a pre-filter on our system. It was reassuring to get immediate helpful support by email and text messages. Scott was very understanding and worked closely with us to provide suggestions and work towards a complete soloution. Our tap is now working perfectly as new and we couldn't be happier overall. Their filter certainly does make tea taste better! Very highly recommended.

Really quick delivery service - I ordered the filters on Sunday afternoon and they arrived on Tuesday. The old filters twist to remove, the new filters twist the other way to fit. It is relatively easy to do, well as easy as anything is when you have to squeeze into the cupboard under the sink…
