Only issue was a lack of stock and hence a long delay in suppling the filters . Had to chase to get an explanation

Excellent product
Excellent product. I have the tap installed and working now for over 4 years. It has worked perfectly for that time period. I had one small issue with the product caused by me doing work in our kitchen but regardless Hotspot came out and fixed the problem. The customer service is fantastic.

We are delighted to receive your feedback together with the fabulous 5 star rating, thank you very much for this. The child safety is so often a big consideration so it's great that you are reassured, not only about the fixed nature of the tap but also the Intelliprotect® function. The matt black is certainly proving to be one of our most popular tap finishes, it is our favourite also. Wishing you many more years of HotSpot Titanium happiness, we look forward to being of continuing good service.

Love the tap and the great customer service
Absolutely love my Hotspot Titanuim tap. We've had it 6 months now and I don't think I could ever go back to a kettle!
We got a stainless steel effect tap, it looks stylish, water flow is beautifully smooth, and the filtered boiling water is so helpful in our very hard water area.
Top tea brewing tip; as the boiling water is oxygenated - allow the few bubbles to disperse momentarily before you put your teabag in.
When I had a minor problem with the tap, the customer service response was swift, super helpful with remedied really quickly (thank you Scott)
Highly recommend this tap and company. If you're on the fence about getting a boiling water tap because of the inital cost outlay, you honestly will have no regrets. Once you've been using it a while and start to benefit the convenience, improved taste and safety features, you will wonder how you ever managed without it!
Sorry kettles, but this is the end for you ....;)

Perfect Hotwater Tap
We have recently installed a Hotspot Titanium tap into our office. The water supply in the area is very hard and often foul tasting. We have used a system of filter jugs and a kettle, and all of the associated limescale build-up for many years.
I also have a hot water tap at home and know that an alternative well known brand tends to splutter quite badly which can be dangerous.
The tap is PERFECT. The 'two press' system of accessing the hot water is really easy to use and there is no absolutely no spluttering. The filter is great, and the water is oxygenated, which causes bubbles in the water for a few seconds and very quickly settles to perfectly clear water.
I'd say that when it comes to water, and tea(!!) I am very particular, almost impossible to please. This tap has exceeded my expectations, and in terms of installing one into a business, its efficient and the capacity is great for holding meetings. No more waiting for the kettle to re-boil!.

very good quality feel about the tap
very good quality feel about the tap - not sure how long the rubber 'boiling' button will last with the amount of use it gets - but it works very well - very happy with the entire install and product. Nice good quality feel about the whole thing.

Thank you for the good review. We always welcome such feedback. Whilst you know the HotSpot Titanium to be very good quality your perception of the boiling dispense button deserves our explanation. Please be assured that all our 3-in-1 taps have successfully passed the WRAS minimum 210,000 operations testing at both KIWA and NSF testing houses. If in any doubt however, we do offer an even more robust dispense mechanism with our Calisto & Vitoria 3-in-1 options. Please be assured however that our product warranty is the longest and most comprehensive of all boiling water taps. We look forward to being of continuing good service to you Jason.
