So pleased with our splashback. The size is exactly as we ordered, the colour is an absolutely perfect match to our Dulux painted walls and the customer service that we received was one of the best I have have ever had. Highly recommend.

I honestly cannot recommend Splashback highly enough. We ordered a splashback a few years ago from them (it was great although the communication was a little slow). HOWEVER, this time, Lorraine got in touch, checked my measurements, gave me further guidance, rechecked and was incredibly supportive, helpful and polite. The whole process from ordering to delivery was a joy. The new splashback arrived quickly and is the perfect fit (it would not have been if Lorraine hadn’t checked). I’m not a regular leaver of reviews but this time it is deserved. Thank you!

Ordered a custom size splash back with the RAL colour we wanted on the Sunday. Received an email confirming the delivery date Monday morning. The package was tracked so we knew when it would arrive within 2 hours of the delivery day.
The splashback arrived on time and looks great.

It’s been four weeks and no delivery!
Wish I would have paid by credit card now but will be in touch with the bank to see if they can help.

Really chuffed with the personal touch and the after sales when we found we had an issue. Very helpful and always polite. Thank you Lorraine for going the extra mile.

The website was easy to navigate, order was simple to put together. I did have some communication issues after making my order - entirely my end - I had received 3 emails confirming the order, the dispatch and the courier details. The splashback arrived well packaged and the custom image was printed to a high standard. I am very happy with the purchase.

Recently ordered a custom cut backsplash, with custom sized holes in each corner. I wasnt sure what I was doing to be honest so dropped the team a note, to which they were very helpful and directed me to what I need. The item arrived in good time but unfortunately had an issue, after letting the team know they replaced the backsplash even quicker than the original delivery date! Am shopping here again for other glass related items as we speak - highly recommended based on my experience.

i recently placed an order for a kitchen splashback. I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews.after placing my order, received an email confirming the delivery date. The splashback arrived very quickly, within a week. Today, I received the splashback and was able to fit using the supplied silicone.it took just 5 minutes

Took my money, no product, no communication. Unable to contact them at all. Feel totally ripped off.

I received the chopping board and was pleased with it but after 6 months, when I put it on the draining board, it just touched the taps and the whole board shattered. I phoned to complain as they say it is ‘shatterproof’. They informed me that it is glass so it breaks but this was ridiculous. It was hardly a knock. Will not use company again and will always check with Trust pilot before placing orders.

what a terrible company, on checking based in Northern Ireland by someone called Leanne Cranston. This company is a sham . Just reordered from another company based in England called www. splashbacks. co. uk so much better and unlike these clowns answer their phones answer emails and have good reviews. Leanne Cranston if you read this give me my money back and stop taking orders and stealing peoples money.

Terrible company to deal with. Order has never arrived and they do not respond to emails, voice mails or messages.
Out of pocket by £200 and been trying to get a response for weeks.
Do not use this company as you will be disappointed

Same experience as others - ordered beginning of Feb, apart from confirmation email, all emails unanswered -
Clearly gone out of business.

Ordered a month ago. No response from my emails, now website has gone.
AVOID THESE THIEVING CROOKS.
I just hope my bank will help get my money back

In the same boat as others it seems. Ordered in Feb no delivery and no contact. Have just put a claim in with my bank for the money. Update! Lloyds bank fantastic service! Money back in my account within minutes!!

**UPDATE** HAVE BEEN AWARDED MONEY BACK FROM THE BANK VIA A CHARGEBACK! Others should do the same, takes 7 weeks but worth it.

Horrendous company to use. Companies house says the owner is called Leeanne Cranston, contact number is 07472016958 (gained by calling their 'busy' 0800 number) however you will not get a response from the mobile number but it does have an active WhatsApp so is evidently in use.

Ordered months back, no delivery within stated timeframes and poor communication.

Their website is now down so can only assume she and her useless company have gone bust.

Speak with your bank to get a refund underway via a chargeback.

It would seem her family run a second scam company in Northern Ireland, if you read this, get a grip, sort it out for everyone and don't start another company again. Get a job in a supermarket with less responsibility
