Extremely helpful and knowledgeable store staff. Very helpful in organising a suitable delivery date. Delivery men took the furniture to the rooms I wanted and were very helpful. Happy with the quality of the furniture as well, it’s always difficult when buying online.

Every part of the process was great. Ordered a G plan cabinet, drawers, bedside drawers and a nest of tables. Had some advice online and ordered online. I was advised of estimated delivery dates and this was followed up as advised when delivery was scheduled.
The delivery guys were so pleasant and careful on delivery. Removing the packaging and setting everything up where required.
A wonderful clean, efficient any tidy job. I was so impressed and would most definitely recommend and use again.

Very quick to reply when hoping for a sale, but unresponsive when there is a problem. I ordered the Sophia dining table and 10 chairs, the colour shown on their website is light in colour, the table and chairs I have received is completely different - a dark walnut! I ensured someone was here to receive the furniture as personally could not be present. Following two emails sent, I have received no response at all and now 5 days past. Yet they quote 'our goal is to make sure that every purchase is a happy one.' Unless you can visit the store, I would avoid purchasing online!
