Superb quick delivery and excellent priced product

There was difference in colour between a side table and the sideboard I sent some photos to show the difference and got no response. Spent £900 and expected quality products, very disappointed, that's what happens when you buy online I guess.

The product is excellent but customer service notification about delivery did not happen. I was told I would be notified when out for delivery. I was lucky I was at home as its not a product that can be left with a neighbour. By good luck it came before I left for work. .maybe this is the delivery company fault. I received the notification about delivery 4 hours after I received the item. 😟

Disappointing Experience with Damaged Goods and Delayed Resolution

I ordered quite an expensive TV unit in February, fully aware of the long lead time and was happy to wait. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been frustrating. The unit finally arrived on April 8th, 2025, but was damaged—there was a visible repair mark and a splodge on the marble surface.

I contacted the company, and to their credit, they arranged a collection and sent a replacement. However, the second unit, which arrived on April 19th, was also damaged.

After further communication, we agreed that I would keep the second unit and receive a £200 refund, along with a care kit to help repair the damage. While the refund was processed, I had to chase the company multiple times (around 4/5 times) to actually receive the care kit, which finally arrived on June 6th—over six weeks later.

While the customer service team was responsive in parts, the overall experience was disappointing due to the repeated quality issues and the effort required on my part to get a resolution. I expected better from a company selling high-end furniture.

I would recommend that if you do buy from here, use a payment method that offers buyer protection.

Lack of communication/confirmation of delivery date
Advised on the day of a delay to delivery-time - customer had to telephone to get more info
Delivery arrived over 2 hours later than originally advised
Paid £25 for delivery - no assembly. The poor delivery guys spoke little or no English - just told to dump and run.
NEVER AGAIN - What TERRIBLE SERVICE
(I could have bought the table, assembled, when I saw it in a store in Devon, for less money, but thought I could order it quite easily when I returned home.)
NEVER AGAIN WITH HOPO - a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If we could give Zero Stars, we would.
