Card payments and their payout have been unavailable for months. I paid $250 for the credit card contribution ability and I cannot access the funds and my guests cannot contribute by card.

I am still waiting to transfer my wedding registry money from 6 weeks ago. We need and expected to have this money by now.

Really disappointed in this service. Not just this hidden fees have payed wayyy more for this service that we thought and still are waiting.

Unable to transfer funds out of my account? $1300 that I have appear to have now lost? Scam, do not recommend. No contact number or email. Just a chat bot. I don't have high hopes of getting my money back...

Excellent platform. Stylish and simple to use, as it should be.

"free to use", "no transaction fee for registry if you pay a set amount"... neither are true.
It lulls you into spending time and setting things up, and when you go to make the website live, it finally says there is a compulsory fee after all.

This app has made our wedding planning a much smoother process. Being able to provide guests with all the wedding details, q&a, RSVP option and gift donations is great! If we could bulk email the guest list from the site - that would be a major help. Hopefully coming soon.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service with no actual number to call. They only responded via email two days later because I needed to change where I was transferring funds which you also can not do on their website. On top of it all transferring funds takes 10 days to show up on their website then an additional few to show up in your personal account, so two weeks. I will tell anybody I know to stay the hell away from this company.

We honestly love Hitchd for being able to provide exactly and only what we were looking for. We wanted a simple link and easy to use website so giving for our family and friends would be easy and enjoyable. There are no hidden fees and it’s so easy to use my grandma even used it no problem. I also appreciate the breakdown of the fee percentage and the ability to split or fully pay on either parties side.

Truly made our black tie Wedding seamless. Our guests raved about how easy it was to use. The platform has been designed flawlessly. We will be recommending this to everyone.

Really happy with the service and dedication of the customer care team. I had a bit of trouble setting up my Swedish bank account with their payment provider, but they worked on it continuously until there was a solution. Very grateful for the effort put in to make one customer happy :)

Hitchd has been such a lifesaver for me and my partner while planning our wedding! It’s kept everything really organised, from sending out our invitations to managing our registry — and I love having it all in one place. The best bit is being able to personalise it with our own style and add our own photos, so it really feels like us. Our guests have found it easy to use too, which takes so much stress off. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Hitchd enough for couples who want something simple, stylish and stress-free.

Great site for registry - easy to use

It is very user friendly and easy to set up.
Wedding guests have been easily able to access it using the link and donate to presents.

I would like it if it was a little bit easier to tailor custom products for a wedding registry where all you want to do is add items from stores. We still did this but it could be easier by choosing this as an option when setting up the registry and removing options to put on the template items such as travel trips etc.

Ollie, I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for creating something so special. The Hitchd wedding website and RSVP system has been an absolute dream to use - I truly think this is the new way forward for weddings.

We’ve had so many compliments from our family and friends, with people telling us it’s the most beautiful setup they’ve ever seen. Even our grandparents and older guests surprised us by scanning the barcode and exploring the website with ease. It’s been such a meaningful and modern touch that made everything feel seamless, personal and exciting.

We’ve also loved receiving responses via email and seeing guests’ advice, song requests and dietary notes come through - it’s made the whole process feel joyful and stress-free.

easy and simple platform. Has everything you need to create your wedding website

My partner and I were in a bit of a pickle as we already live in a very small apartment with everything we need, as well as having a destination wedding. People kept asking what we wanted as a wedding gift, and we were running out of polite ways of saying no physical gifts and cash would be preferred. Hitchd has been a game changed as when now people have asked for a registry for the Wedding as well as the Bridal Shower. I just give them the link, and they can now choose to gift us an experience on the honeymoon, a service for me to get wedding ready, or just a easy plain cash fund. It's taken so many awkward conversations away and made it seamless! We are now actively using it for both Bridal Shower and Wedding Gifts.
