In terms of the leads you are receiving, I can confirm that they are genuine. As a platform, we do not generate or use fake leads.

There are two ways that potential customers can request pricing and information, and I’d be happy to go into further detail on how these processes work to ensure clarity and reassurance.

In order for couples to enquire they will need to select your listing and request pricing. Another way for couples to enquire is to use our feature where they can select which service they are looking for and in what area and use a tool to enquire on their behalf.
