I had a major issue with my website when I tried to migrate it elsewhere. The new hosting company only had a bot and I couldn’t sort it out. I decided to migrate it back to Heart and I have been so impressed with the help they have given me. The customer service has been exemplary with a real person taking the time to help me every step of the way. The original mistake was my own but with their help I have fully restored my website. I am really pleased with their customer service as it has been very responsive and helpful to someone like me who has very little knowledge of how to fix things when they go wrong. I would highly recommend them as you really can’t beat real people to help rather than just talking to a bot.

For many years I have been "hosting" two websites for local clubs through Heart Internet and have occasionally had a problem which has been sorted quickly and easily but when all the emails stopped working I really panicked and could not find the cause. Although in the end it turned out not to be anything to do with Heart Internet Andrew kindly helped me struggle through. Such a relief to have someone to check things through with.

Quick to respond and resolved my issue

I have had a hosting package with Heart Internet for over 10 years and they've never let me down.

I recently experienced intermittent performance issues on my site and within a few hours of contacting support, Andrei investigated and sorted out the problem.

The improvement was immediate and significant - the site is now performing faster than I’ve seen in a long time. I'm a very happy customer!

Just moved the hosting of 2 domains to Heart from another provider. I am not daft but the world of Hosting, Domains, Email boxes and FTP fries my brain. I tried to follow the instructions and got most of it set up but emails didn't work and I couldn't connect to FTP the website over. I submitted a support ticket and Andrei Corduneanu responded within a short time explaining the issues - all to do with DNS and TXT records, and also saying he had "corrected" them all for me.
I checked and it all worked. Quick and painless. I am one happy customer. Thanks Andei.

You tols me when my sslm certificate needed renewing, and then did in for me. This id the sort of service that I need. I find the internet hard understand, and prefer to have things done for me.

Over the years there have been several occasions when I needed support from Heart Internet - due to my own inexperience. I have to say that the responses from Heart (including one just yesterday) have been immediate and helpful. I am happy to say that Heart offers a 5 star service.

Excellent service all round

The matter was resolved quickly but was due to a change of SSL support which we were not aware of until our site was down.

I have been a reseller for many years and always had a great experience with the support team.
Due to work/ life balance, I've had to give it up and the help and support has been exceptional, not sure how I could have got the transfer of the customer over the line without any loss of service without them.
Waqar Ahmed especially has been a superstar so many thanks to him for taking on so much to assist.
If I decide to be a reseller ever again, I'd definitely use Heaet Internet again.

Heart Internet have been very helpful in aiding me to transfer my website across to their systems, being with me every step of the way during what was quite a difficult migration situation. since the transfer their performance and back up support has been great. They offer an excellent and cost effective service.

they have increased domain name prices from 5 pounds per domain in bulk to now 15 pounds per domain when just single paid. when normal registerars charge 10$ for .com domains even in renewal.

whats worse - they are now holding my domains against ICAN transfer rules, stating they do not allow transfer of domains away form them, during renewal - but this is not allowed by ican - unless there is a issue with payments or its a freshly transfered domain, or fraud is suspected, which none are applicable and domains have all been with them for years.

hosting and domain companies from the UK - like heart internet, are known to carry out such tricky sneaky tactics to make money - they did this to my reseller plan, which is why i stopped hosting with them - now they are holding my domains hostage - but this will not end well for them, and i will be posting this reveiw or similar in reddit and all social media if i do not get all my domains freed up.

I have used Heart Internet for over a decade now and through a few changes of ownership and upgrades to their systems and offerings I have found them to be consistently available and helpful.
