I was very pleased with the support I received. Heart Internet replied reasonably quickly, and the response was clear and helpful.

Not only are these guys the best value around but their after sales service is amazing. I had an issue (which was the fault of where my domain is registered, not Heart) and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out really quickly. My only regret is that I didn't discover Heart sooner. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Although in the end support was not really needed, the response time was good, and the support member pleasant and courteous.

I always appreciate the support I get when I get it. I used to get a reply after an hour or sometimes less. Unfortunately these day it takes hours. I got a reply the following day this time. More than 12 hours later. At least it was a good helpful response and Andrew had even sorted out the problem so I was most grateful.

14:00 I had an automated reply acknowledging receipt of my ticket.
16:56 Catalin Liviu emailed to say she was looking at the problem.
17:25 Catalin Liviu emailed again to say problem resolved and to please test my system. This I did, and I replied to say thanks and close the ticket.
The time taken to resolve the issue was not a problem for me, hence my 5-star review.
