Exemplary Technical Support
I recently had to contact Heart Internet regarding their hosting of my client's email and website, with a view to transferring management to Heart from a third party, and also some website re-direction that we wanted to put in place. Heart Internet's support has been exemplary from start to finish. The process took several days due to all the different parties involved, and many messages to Heart Support, but their responses have always been quick, comprehensive, polite, and in many cases above and beyond what was expected. I have been very impressed with the service that I have received, and would recommend Heart Internet without reservation.

Had trouble sending company emails from phone and laptop. I raised a support ticket and within a couple of hours received a helpful response telling me certain things had been updated, to leave it a while then reset and the situation was resolved and all working perfectly, no dramas.

Outstanding customer support
Outstanding customer support which helped a noob like me import an existing website onto Heart Internet's servers and get it up and running again (which was more complicated than first envisaged). Tak was extremely knowledgeable and made constructive and helpful suggestions as well as being very patient with me and promptly replying to my many support tickets. I learnt a lot as well as being very satisfied with the service received. Highly recommended.
