I never received my order, customer service has stopped responding to my emails, and my money has not been refunded.

I placed my order and paid in full on February 9th, and was in contact with Harper & Lewis customer service on Feb 28th regarding their delivery issues with my order. They were unable to explain why my parcel couldn't be delivered, and we had a few emails back and forth regarding that issue. I've been very patient with them, but I've reached my limit after having been blatantly ignored for a month now. I've sent multiple emails requesting updates regarding my order, and eventually demanding a refund. They simply stopped replying to my emails a month ago and I am beyond disappointed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, as I've never experienced such a poor and unprofessional customer service.

Recently ordered a fleece as a birthday present. Did not experience any disappointment with regards to delivery as many others have. However, one pocket has not been stitched properly inside. I emailed pictures to H&L customer service email address to ask for advice - not demanding a refund etc just getting in touch to inform them. Received the automated response stating that they are receiving large volume of messages and will take up to 72 hours to respond. It has now been 10 days I have not received a response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not in business other than on-line. They DO NOT refund your money. Quality sucks!!! Don’t waste your time, effort or money!!!

Meine Lieferung kam relativ zeitnah. Leider habe ich dann einen Fehler bei einem Produkt entdeckt, der ihn absolut unbrauchbar macht. Ich habe dies unmittelbar nach Erhalt gemeldet und absolut gar keine Reaktion erhalten. Anschließend machte ich einen Paypal Fall auf und erhielt mein Geld zurück.
Also: Vorsicht!
Man kann Glück haben... Die Jacke ist total cool, sehr warm und gemütlich, aber wenn etwas fehlerhaft ist, bleibt man leider drauf sitzen.

I ordered matching fleeces for my partner and son, the child’s fleece has a minor issue with the zip on arrival, I contacted customer service and they sent out a brand new one immediately.

They were very apologetic for the faulty zip and rectified with no issues what so ever! I will definitely be using them again going forward.

Ordered 3 fleeces, £80 order and paid for next day delivery- to receive nothing.
After no joy from the customer service team, even after sending 8ish emails, we then tried Royal Mail and they notified the parcel was lost(more than we got from HL) The customer service has been horrendous, to then receive only a generic email telling us what we already no. This is our first experience with the brand and will be our last.

I absolutely adore the Harper & Lewis shirts and jackets. I choose the clothes with the fun colours to bring myself and others a little joy. Great for sitting out with friends if it gets a bit chilly between spring and autumn.

Ordered 3 gorgeous fleece tops from Harper & Lewis. The quality is great and they wash really well.
Had many compliments about them, delivered in a timely manner.
I’ll definitely be recommending this company and be a returning customer.

Ordered 3 tops on 14th March, I ordered 2 and had the third free, saving £28. I must admit that I was a bit nervous after reading reviews but decided to go ahead. I'm really glad that I did. Tops arrived this morning after 5 days. So pleased with the quality and design. Excellent service and product. Thank you .

Did not receive my ordered items, now 6 weeks after. Client support is horrendous, only answering generic, non-solving, random emails in return (if any - only 2 responses after 8 emails). Will never order again.

I returned an item on 31st January, tracked the item to see that it had arrived. I am still to this date (12th March) waiting for my refund.
The first email I sent had a response to say they are very busy. Second, third email - no response!!! They are clearly hoping I will forget about it

2 maanden geleden een bestelling gedaan... helaas nog niets ontvangen. Na contact te hebben gehad is er beloofd een nieuwe bestelling op te sturen.. ook deze nog niet ontvangen.
Reageren zeer slecht op mijn mail.
Echt heel jammer, ik had namelijk veel zin in de trui!

Really good service and it arrived super quick also. The fabric is really good quality and it’s true to size. I’m a size 12 and the M is perfect. Worth every penny.
God communication from the company throughout.

Deliveries fast. 2 fleeces were excellent quality and style. Had loads of compliments off people and recommended the company. I had an issue with one order as I had received the wrong order. There were delays in getting back to me but once they finally did the issue was resolved

Ik schrijf eigenlijk bijna nooit reviews, maar bij deze toch: ik heb bij dit bedrijf voor €143 kleren besteld. Een dag later het order geannuleerd en kreeg hier netjes een bevestiging van. 3 dagen later had ik mijn geld nog niet terug maar kreeg ik wel een verzend bevestiging dat mijn pakket onderweg was. Ik heb hun toen direct gemaild dat ik mijn order geannuleerd had. Ik heb hier nooit een reactie op ontvangen. Pakket uiteindelijk binnen gekregen en direct geretourneerd (kosten waren €30). Pakket was volgens track en trace al een paar dagen binnen toen ik een reactie ontving op mijn laatste mail. In de mail stond dat als ik het pakket niet wilde ik dit kon retourneren op eigen kosten (wat is dus al gedaan had omdat anders hun retour termijn voorbij zou zijn). Tot op heden nog geen geld terug.

Just received my first order from Harper and Lewis and I am totally excited to use my purchases for going skiing in Austria next week. The quality is unreal!

Delivery took a long time and the quality of the fleece is appalling considering the very high price point. You’d be better buying from Primark. Fleece isn’t even dyed properly, in parts of it the white underneath shows through. I would return only for the fact I have to pay for return and if it’s as slow as delivery, will be out of pocket for a long time. Terrible quality, do NOT buy.

Ordered 2 items 5th Dec 2025 as Christmas presents. My address code appeared in error. I emailed to advise. They responded immediately and noted change. Through tracking, i saw items were dispatched. Then silence. I emailed them on 17th asking to track items. 18th items were delivered to me. Good service and excellent customer response time.

Ordered an xl fleece being a size 14 i thought it would be loose...quite the opposite!!! If u have hips larger than a 14- 16 then forget about it sitting well over flattering you. Feeling rather deflated I then attempted to find return details but they do not provide this service and once u do return they deduct their postage fee aswell so it cost in total 8.95 to be very dissapointed and a trip to the local evri drop off. 1 star! Because it was actually a lovely colour and quality.
