Terrible!

Ordered some joggers online, paid £5 for postage of 1 ITEM!! Took 10 days to arrive!
Ordered a size large as I prefer an oversized fit (I am a ladies size 12) and they wouldn't even go past my thighs - ridiculous!
To make matters worse, you have to PAY to RETURN! And original postage charges aren't refunded either.

Their sizing is terrible, postage took forever, and the returns process is a joke.
I will never order from here again. `Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a fleece and when it arrived it wasn’t the one I ordered. In fact it is a completely different fleece.

Ordered an item a week and a half ago, still not received, asked them to issue refund as they haven't dispatched it yet, received a reply saying it's sat in their factory so they can't issue refund. Will not use their service again, overpriced clothing and terrible customer service.

Love harper and Lewis, cool funky clothing and will definitely buy from again! Only trouble was they did get one of my orders wrong once and sent a second pair of joggers in the wrong colour that I had ordered! I gave the pair to my little sister for her birthday as I was a bit too lazy to return lol!

But I do love harper and Lewis and it was only one mistake :)

Absolutely love my lilac fleece I got from harper and lewis!! Will definitely be buying more of the beautiful colours in the fleeces!

Ordered a 1/4 Zip in the sale as I’ve been wanting one for ages. The sizing is massive but it doesn’t matter as I like these kind of things to be loose. Amazing colour combination & its cosy! Thank you :)

I’ve bought many items from Harper & Lewis, quality clothing at affordable prices. My recent experience was the best I’ve ever received from any retail brand. I fell in love with one of their coats but it was out of stock in my size. I sent them a message over Instagram to ask if they’d be restocking the item, unfortunately not but they asked me what size I would like and managed to source me one in my size. The process was seamless and they were so helpful. This was above and beyond customer service, other companies need to take a leaf out of Harper & Lewis’ book for sure. Thanks again :)

Great Customer Service

I had a minor issue with a fleece, and the team was very quick to respond and rectify that.

Would recommend the shop and the people running it.

Although most reviews say good quality, coming from a bigger thigh women (size 16)… I’ve worn the joggers for about 4 hours and they are already pilling. So I’d say the quality of the material is not good at all, considering H&M joggers don’t pill even after months of wear, neither do Nike or Ellesse. Am rather disappointed tbh. Sizing on the website is also very misleading saying XL is 14-16 women’s but it’s more like an oversized 18. Otherwise delivery is good and fast.

I had an issue with my parcel but, thanks to the fantastic customer service team it was resolved within a few days.

I had a slight issue with a item I ordered, however H&L promptly sorted it out for me with no issues. Great company to shop with. Will be back for me in the future.

I contacted Customer Service having read the few negative reviews. They were very helpful! Said my size that I’d already ordered should of been the correct size and if it wasn’t then they would send me a returns form to change the size :-)
The items arrived and you can tell the quality is on par with an item much more expensive! I absolutely love them, I got the medium and I’m normally a small size 10. I would say it’s a little oversized but it’s the most comfortable piece of clothing I own. So much so that I have just placed another order in the small this time.
So after my reservations about buying from here after seeing the negative comments, I am so very pleased I did and I am very happy with my purchases! With so much variety I will definitely be a returning customer!

The clothes themselves are excellent quality but it’s just a shame they have such a rigid exchange and returns policy.

I ended up having to pay to send an item back and to have to source a box, post it and wait for a refund made the whole experience more trouble that it’s worth. I’m not aware of any other clothing brands that have this sort of policy so this would definitely make me think twice about ordering again.

The sizes are oversized and way off (the same size was huge in one clothing type and smaller in another clothing type) making it impossible to be able to try new items without the risk of needing to return.

Purchased a coat . I’m in love . Keeps me warm (warmer than my north face ) Great quality ; proper puffy makes me feel like Michelin Man. Fast delivery , great updates will definitely be back . Can really see this company grow in the future as a luxury brand

- advice for buyers OVERSIZED FITS so double check size mine was perfect as it’s great for the winter weather!

I recently made an order for a coat and placed the order realising I had forgot to add the beanie I wanted to go wirh the coat. I contacted them on facebook and they immediately sent me an invoice for the beanie so I didn't have to place a second order thus paying more postage fees. I have previously ordered a fleece with this company and it truly is awesome. Great clothing companies like this deserve widespread success

Very unhelpful customer service. I’m currently a size 14 as I just had a baby and ordered a fleece at size medium - which states size 10-12 but it’s huge on me now. So I contacted asking for a returns label to change the size but my response was you have to pay yourself to post it back.. understandable if the size guide wasn’t so off!

Hermes failed to deliver a parcel I sent back on 30 Dec. H and L responded straight away and sorted refund in a day

Ordered a coat, jumper and a hat ready for a trip away. Coat had black markings on it which I managed to nearly remove completely but still some visible. The jumper arrived in a size xs when I ordered a small and the hat was fine but just didn’t suit me. Annoyingly I hadn’t left enough time to do an exchange before my trip so kept them however I emailed asking to return the hat and still two weeks later I haven’t had a reply.

I ordered a Xmas presents from Harper & Lewis and was delighted with the quality and value for money. Really super products for a great price.
I had some issues as the delivery company (DPD local) lost my parcel and so it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, however, the H&L customer service team were brilliant and organised a replacement for me and refunded me the delivery fee. Great service and a nice touch.
Will be a returning customer for sure.
