Got a Haper and Lewis 1/4 Zip fleece for christmas and its the comfiest, warmest fleece i have owned. I then ordered a hoody, and another 1/4 zip for myself.. Couldnt resist. The fit of the clothing is great, and the quality of the clothing for what they charge is exceptional.
Be sure to buy something from here, you'll not regret it!

Coat arrived really quickly (it even arrived on a Saturday even though I didn’t pay for Saturday delivery), the coat is so warm and comfortable and is a perfect fit; I bought a size smaller than usual as it was oversized

Love the clothes. I have had multiple orders from here. If there's an issue there is quick reply from customer services. Have had some delays with some items but have been updated when I emailed enquiring about them.

Bought 2 fleeces from here now, both been so nice and fit perfectly. The sizes are on the larger size but I like baggy clothes so it works perfectly for me. On my second order one of the fleeces came with the stitching undone on the sleeve, I had taken the tags off before I noticed. I sent them an email explaining and they sent me a free returns label and sent a new fleece out! Really simple and easy, will definitely be ordering again. Only negative is that the postage costs for delivery and returns, however it’s understandable as it’s a small business.

Not overly keen. Followed the size charts and ordered a medium fleece, it is ridiculously oversized. Also ordered a hoodie in size large, which fits well. Confused as to why there's such a large discrepancy in sizes. This isn't helped buy the clothes not being modelled on the site for reference. What's the point in putting a picture of the item by itself with nothing for reference then in the description saying it's a size large? That literally means nothing without something to reference it against.

Then the returns policy. I ordered on the 3for2 sale and regret it. They require you to return the entire order for a refund or they will exchange individual pieces for a different size or item (you pay the difference, fair enough). However, you have to pay to return the item and pay for the new postage on the new item, which given their ridiculous sizings could end up costing an arm and a leg.

From I placed my order everything was just wonderful! The clothes came and 2 of them weren’t suitable and it was the best customer service I’ve received. I was able to make an exchange and I’m not awaiting my new jumpers and I can’t wait! I literally never take my other one off me! Love love love!!

I usually really like H&L but for the first time I had to return something and was really disappointed. You can’t return much of their stock and if you do wish to return, they deduct the cost of postage PLUS making you pay to return it. I have never come across a clothing company that does that. Quite disappointed and won’t be shopping here anymore for fear something won’t fit

This is legit the hottest new clothing brand around! I have shopped at their vintage clothing store a few times and I have been really impressed with how they have developed their own range of 'vintage style' clothing. It has been a very smooth process each time I have made an order - which has been quite a few times as they keep releasing beautiful new ranges!

It was my first time buying from Harper & Lewis after seeing them on social media and I’m so impressed with my delivery. Delivery was fast and the quality is great!

I ordered 2 fleeces for my wife, one small and one medium as I didn't know which size would fit best. Upon ordering I came across a few reviews on here which prompted the question is Harper and Lewis legit? This company definitely is not a scam company. Upon returning the medium sized fleece I promptly received a refund.My wife loves her new fleece, along with her fat face pyjamas, a harper and lewis fleece will be a staple in her wardrobe from now on. Great quality, really soft and a great customer experience.

After seeing my friend in a Harper & Lewis fleece, I completely fell in love and had to order one for myself. Not only does it look great, but it is so soft and cosy too. It is safe to say that for me it became a lockdown essential. As well as the fleece I have recently bought a few other items including a 1/4 zip sweatshirt and matching joggers - these didn’t disappoint. Just like the fleece I was surprised by the quality and comfort of these pieces. I’m really glad I came across this brand and can’t wait to make my next purchase.

We have been having to avoid going into Birmingham due to the COVID restrictions, so I have been doing my shopping online. I normally buy mainly vintage clothing but I saw that Harper & Lewis had starting bringing out their own brand clothing. I was surprised at how good the designs were. I currently own 2 fleeces and my sister owns a few sweatshirts and hoodies. quick postage and good customer service, I would definitely recommend!

I did an order and having never ordered from there before I went by the sizing chart. Everything arrived way too big and the stuff is even too big for my dad! I emailed to enquire about swapping it for smaller sizes, and I am still yet to get a reply. I also messaged on Instagram/ Facebook but no response.

I am scared to return it as if they can’t even reply to an email how can I trust them to refund my money.

I just purchased a fleece from Harper & Lewis and it arrived within the week and the product and fit was just as described. I am happy with the quality for the price I paid. I was hesitant to buy given the mixed reviews but I had a great shopping experience and would buy from them again.

I received written confirmation (within a day of my initial email) that I would receive a full refund if I returned an item.

I returned the item and have since heard nothing from the seller. I used Royal Mail Tracked and can see that they received my return over a week ago. None of my emails are being answered and my money has not been refunded!

They are constantly posting on Instagram and Facebook and yet have not "seen" any of my messages.

Shocking experience. I am very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The problem is not with their products necessarily but with their customer service (or lack of).

We ordered a coat and paid full price (£70) and after a month it broke inside. After about a month of back and forth they said to send it back to them for an exchange. On the day the label arrived we sent it first class. Straight after that they stopped replying to emails and actually vanished off the face of the earth.

We are now left with no coat for the winter and a £70 hole in our pocket!

We have been emailing for 2 weeks, messaging on facebook and nothing. We have sent them proof of the item being sent back and they just will not respond to anything!

This is a scam of a company and they are literally bordering on theft!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I got the black puffer coat for Christmas and it arrived very quick however, I ordered a size small and it is huge! I'm 5'4 and it fitted my 6'0 brother!! It's a lovely coat but is very oversized for someone my size!

My overall experience was quite bad, my first ordered arrived quick however, they sent me the incorrect size fleece, I ordered a small and received a medium no tags and no return label inside, this was really inconvenient as I needed this for a weekend trip. So rather then exchange I sent this one back along with two hat I ordered, a small and a normal beanie, both looked the same on, I would of thought their kids sizes. And I reordered the same Fleece in the size I first ordered and hoped it would come in time. It came a lot later then the standard shipping stated on the website as they had to renew stock and didn't bother letting me know. I then didn't get a full refund either. The Fleece is nice for the price but not enough info on sizes and both small and medium are huge for a slim female (even tho they are unisex). The customer service was shocking.

I ordered 2 fleeces from the website. However they sent the wrong ones. Harper’s & Lewis were very quick to refund me the full amount and reimburse me for the postage.
