Got matching fleeces for myself and my daughter at Christmas. Noticed multiple holes in both jumpers only two months later, all clearly manufacturing faults as it's where the stitching wasn't done properly in the arm pit/collar etc. Emailed the company and no reply. Messaged on social media and still no reply. More and more stitching is coming undone. So poor quality product and awful customer service. Would not recommend

Amazing Quality. I got a fleece I had been eyeing up for ages, it came pretty fast and the quality is super thick and so warm I love it, so I had to order another one. And very 90s vibe! Can’t get enough! Thank you h&l

Ordered a top for my niece. They sent the wrong top, wrong size and colour. I have contacted them several times by email with no response. There is no way to phone them. Customer service and communication extremely poor.

I bought a Christmas present for my partner. She loves it but it is too big. I then ordered a smaller one.

I emailed h+l and asked about a refund as I was out of the allowed time. They promptly replied saying it was no problem and just to send it back with a copy of invoice and the email.

I’d give them an even higher rating if I could.
I ordered something in the wrong size, and with an email they had corrected it for me, and updated my address details which were incorrect.
They’ve answered emails promptly and have shown some of the best customer service possible.

The excellent customer service I received from Harper & Lewis was above and beyond my expectations. Their quick turnaround saved the day for a very special 18th birthday gift. This level of service is very rare today. Thank you soo very much H&L 🙌

Decent jacket, warm, comfortable, sadly to warm to wear during summer rain. I stopped wearing it for that reason throughout the warmer months. And j went to put it back on during a wet day and the stitching on the side has come completely undone.

Ordered for the first time and it came pretty quickly. I was concerned about sizing but the fleece fits well even though the size guide is 14/16 (I'm more 16/18). I've placed another order today to try a couple more fleeces as they seem great for dog walking and I love the designs.

I ordered 2 fleeces on the 3rd March and still haven’t yet received them and it’s the 22nd of March. I got a further email saying they’re dispatched and still no parcel. I emailed them and yet no reply and I messaged them on instagram and the same thing. I asked for a refund, as I don’t even care to want them anymore.

I am so disappointed.

I was really excited to find bright fleeces that had function. Postage is pricey but thought it’s a treat and smaller companies can’t always support postage.

They arrived promptly and I was so excited to try them on. The fit was fine and just as advertised, but the quality is so poor. The fleece feels rough and over washed, there is is no lining so the inside isn’t soft and cosy like I thought it would be and this also means all the collar stitching and seams show when you wear the fleece open or with the half zip down / buttons open.

If the fleeces had lining and the sewing was neater around areas which would show when open, I would have been in love. It’s a lot of money to not even line and tidy the stitching.

Happy to pay when quality is there, but unfortunately these feel so cheap. I now have to pay a wack to send it back and feel a bit conned.

If the quality improves I will reorder in the future, but at the minute these are extremely over priced for what is offered.

Although I ordered with 2 weeks to go before Christmas thanks to strikes my parcel disappeared for a week into a Royal Mail black hole. Contacted H&L and the owner asked me to order again, select next day delivery and they would then send a free returns label for me to send back my original order when it eventually turned up. They also refunded my postage delivery cost AND the courier cost. This is excellent customer service for a problem that was caused by Royal Mail strikes and was out of their control. They put me as the customer first and that should be highly applauded.

Having had a similar problem with another company that I ordered from on the same day (Working Class Heroes - WCH) my experience with H&L has been in sharp contrast and very refreshing. WCH have just literally lied/fobbed me off with excuses and displayed a complete lack of concern or indeed interest. I can't recommend H&L highly enough.
