Happyrooms is a fraudulent site !!!
I had booked my rooms with happy rooms on the 18th of may.i called the hotel on the 24th of may to confirm my reservation and they did not have any confirmation from happy rooms.
I called happy rooms on the telephone number they provided and theysaid they would get in touch with the hotel and get back to me.They have not got back to me yet.
I again called them the nexrt day and told them to cancel my booking completely and refund my money since the poicy said free cancellation till the 28th of may.They have still not sent a confirmation email.and also they said that it will take 2 to 3 weeks to revert the money back to my card.
Lets wait and watch.I would definitely not recomend this site to anyone.

Please accept our sincere apologies for caused inconvenience. Hotel confirmed your reservation with delay indeed, but upon your request we've proceeded with refund for your reservations. Confirmation of cancellation was sent to your email address. Time of refund is depends on banks, not us, and it could take from 3 to 10 working days before you'll see funds on your account.

website is a fraud
I made a hotel booking from this website which is also listed as a provider on Kayak. They took the payment and the hotel has no record of this booking more than 4 days after it was made. Moreover, the hotel said it is fully sold out so these guys are most likely scammers. I have now had to contact the credit card company about this fraud.

Please accept our sincere apologies. We are very sorry in your dissapointment. We would like to remind you, that we sent request to the hotel in order to reconfirm your reservation, but unfortunately you asked to cancel your reservation and proceed a full refund before we got confirmation from the hotel.
It is indeed unusual situation, as hotel should receive confirmation immediately after reservation was made. We had conversation with the hotel management and they promised to confirm our reservations as soon as they receive it.
