Fast bookings
This website is very easy to access and I value the wealth of information it has in terms making bookings. The choices are very precise and to the point. That is, the pricings are available, and there is a picture of each room for selection. Additionally, I must say that it was very easy to book and complaints are dealt with expeditiously.

this is the first time i make a booking throgh this site and it was really bad, usually i make my booking throgh Booking.com, after i made my booking i checked with the hotel and they said we dont have any reservation in your name, i made like 10 calls to the hotel and the site and they always say it will take 24 hours and the phone number which was supposed to be working 24/7 usually dosnt work

Very poor Customer Service.
I made a reservation for Amsterdam. I was agree with the total amount and when I booked at my reservation I saw that I need to pay almost the 80% of the total amount agreed at the hotel.
When I sent an email to the hotel asking about this, they told me that I´ll need to see this with Happyrooms.
Since I contacted them I saw later that I have a double confirmation, they never explained me anything related to the extra amount and until now I´ll have to pay a double reservation for something wrong in their system.
I sent a lot of emails and I didn´t receive an answer yet.

In summary:
a) I don´t know yet why I need to pay at the hotel around 80% plus that the total amount that I booked.
b) I have a double confirmation and still don´t have answer or solution.

Complete chaos by all means
I did a reservation through Happyrooms and they sent me a confirmation letter to print and take it to the hotel. Then they sent me an email regarding transaction looks suspicious and they need a proof from the bank. I did and sent it to them and they confirmed the reservation and apologized. I called the hotel to arrange but discovered that they know nothing about the reservation. I called the call center in London with several overseas calls finally they sent me email asking about nationality. I provided them mine and kept waiting but no reply. I called the hotel again and still know nothing about the reservation confirming that they don't have even available rooms in that predetermined dates. Called the call center again they transfered my number to somebody in Guinea. They called me and said that the issue will be solved in 24 hrs. Another 24 hrs and I sent email today asking for help, they said that the agent is closed today. They need another 24 hrs. Bearing in mind that My trip is due in 3 days and it's "official feast vacation" and will be destroyed. My family kept asking me will we have a trip? I said I don't know. Very very bad experience via online booking ..

UPDATE:
They sent me an email congrats me for getting the hotel confirmation over the reservation. I called the hotel and they assured that this never happened and they didn't confirm and still dont have my reservation. My travel date is due within 24 hrs and I don't have the confirmation. We lost our vacation depending on this site "in vain".. what a loss

I travel often that I’m always on the lookout for sites and tools that make my life more efficient. I booked my room, showed up at the hotel and everything went beautifully. The hotel was actually much more fabulous than I ever imagined. Happyrooms.com has gone above and beyond my expectations and now I’ve saved it on my phone (and laptop) for my future travel needs.

i booked a pool villa at six senses zighy bay on 23rd of june for a stay on 7th of july, anyhow once i booked the room i got the booking confirmation number to my email from happyrooms and they detected the amount of 758.46 us from my credit card, 2 days after the booking i called the resort reservation office to make a request and i was shocked when they told me they dont have any booking under the confirmation number happyrooms provided me or my name .
i emailed happyrooms and spoke to agents on live chat and still nothing happened since 3 days now, and today they asked me for my nationality to proceed with the confirmation with the hotel which is weird and never happened with me any other time i booked hotel from other website .
update: im glad to say that the amount i paid for reservation was fully refunded to my credit card, how ever the booking was not confirmed by the hotel and happyrooms had to cancel it, i totally accept their apologize even thought my vacation plan gone with the wend :(...

I booked a hotel, canceled it the following day but they TOOK THE MONEY off the credit card. Tried calling them, emailing them - Nothing! They just can't be reached! I'm devastated. I don't know what to do or who to advise with.

I tried to book a hotel in galway and they advised me to stay away from this website as they never heard about them and that the site was just set up recently.....

I booked a two week stay and was confirmed. Yesterday they contacted me about my reservation being "suspicious", with some request to send them screenshots of my online banking. All very weird and so far haven't responded to my request to have the reservation confirmed.
UPDATE: The hotel has confirmed my booking, so things are in order. However, it's a bit unnerving to get a hotel reservation confirmed and then a couple of days later be told it might be cancelled, unless screenshots are provided. The process is unsettling and very unusual.

Cancelled my booking
i believe i booked in febuary this year for 2 night Zabeel Saray between 25-27th July ,problems today i started printing out my itineerary all bookings hotels flights, i also booked the confidence package basically insurance also offer upgrade on room or tobetter view room. When printing i went on their website and used there chat feature asked about confidence package and would i be expected to ask at hotel or if that would be done by themselves , gave them name and booking ref was advised to email given email address and literally 9 mins later got email saying booking cancelled, i have since emailed and rang, but waiting for a callback next 2 hours will update once they get back to me.

Horrible Customer Service - Deserves ZERO Stars
We booked a room through Happyrooms.com but the hotel could never confirm the reservation. As it turns out, they had booked us at a different, SIGNIFICANTLY LESS NICE hotel in the same city... We called Happyrooms everyday for a week and each time they promised to contact us with updates, resolution, etc. They promised to fix it. They NEVER CALLED US BACK and finally we had to cancel the reservation and book directly with the hotel. Of course, by that time the price had increased. I suspect a "bait and switch" scam in which they purposefully booked us at the cheaper hotel - good thing we called the hotel to confirm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

We wszystkich innych internetowych pośrednictwach występuje zbyt duży margines rozbieżności pomiędzy opisem-ceną hostelu na portalu a tym co znajdujemy w rzeczywistości .W przypadku HAPPYROOMS nie dość że różnica nie występuje in minus to zaskoczyć może in plus!!!! A już zupełnie rozbrajające było zachowanie centrali w Londynie kiedy po zamówieniu hostelu z wyprzedzeniem 2 miesięcy na 28 dni manager hostelu "zapomniał" wprowadzić Voucher do systemu i w przeddzień przyjazdu na moją informację że przyjeżdżam około godziny 20.00 usłyszałem że nie ma takiej rezerwacji !!!! Servis z HAPPYROOMS nie tylko wyszukał mi inne miejsce ale też zobowiązał się do pokrycia różnicy i słowa dotrzymał- dziś wpłynął przelew 171-,USD.Życzę wszystkim takich kontrachentów - Jarosław Bagrowski
The Fake, unprofessional and the worst expirance ever
I booked a month ago 2 suit to spend my public Holiday with my family and the deduct the amount immediately from my CC. Unfortunately I got email stating that we confirmed ur hotel cancellation as per ur request and I never asked for any cancellation. Later after several calls and mails the I got new confirmation no and I was happy.
We packed our stuff getting ready for tomorrow's holiday and shocked with new email stating sorry the hotel can't accommodate you!!!
I sent and call but no solution or communication at all. They wast my time and they put me in very bad situation with my family.
Furthermore I got a high BP from the unskilled agents and poor system they have.
I don't know if its a real websit or a fake.
Lying useless idiots
Booked a room in March. Phoned actual hotel, they confirmed my booking. Roll forward a month and the hotels tell me the agency cancelled my room. I phone happy rooms and they tell me how the hotel was fully booked, avoid any other questions and refuse to comment about canceling, they just keep telling me they didn't do anything, where the hotel gave me very specific details showing they did. Do not trust. Do not use. They are frauds.

I found a room in London, Rang them up to confirm they had the rooms, told me yes no problem
2 weeks later, hotel has no booking, I rang Happy rooms, they said, don't worry it takes time to go onto their system
2 weeks later, they said, Oh were sorry, the hotel was booked up and blamed Hilton for the problem
I am trying to sort it out now but they take their time and are very good at wasting yours
I will update with what happened after. I also recorded all the calls from start to finish and if I don't get a good result they are going on Youtube and on all the places they advertise
UPDATE:
Well after my previous review I am happy to say that the rooms were eventually sorted
Happyrooms did respond to each email fast when we emailed them repeatedly, the phones were always quickly answered by polite staff, even though they couldn't help us without the manager who was hard to get hold of.
After messing up our bookings, they have made us new bookings at a similar hotel and got us some very nice rooms
We got a good deal even if there was some hassle
All in all I am now very happy with the service from Happyrooms.
These guys didn't con us, we got something good from them for a good price.
